Thando Furnitures Refund Nightmare

I paid the deposit for R7500 foe couches that I wanted to buy after seeing their dueniture on tiktok, after they could not deliver i requested for my refund which they said I needed to wait for certain number of working days, I waited and when the time came the owner asked if my funds were in my account which there was nothing, from that time October last 2023 until today it has been a nightmare being sent from pillar to post because they claimed their business account with tyme bank was closed, I want to warn people against this company and their business ethics that are very poor and they will rip you off your hard earned cash, now they are threatening me with a lawsuit if i don't take my comments off their social media platforms instead of refunding me, the owner even promised to pay back my money with additional R2500 just for the delay but nothing to date.
