Improve Service

The service we have received is on an acceptable level and can be improved. The furniture we bought for black friday is very beautiful and was delivered on time. But we have not received anything in writing to confirm their warranty for the items bought. When I called they said it is 2 years and 5 years but that was not written anywhere or maybe I missed it somehow and we just need to know exactly the difference between the 2 years and 5 years. Their communication concerning the warranty can be improved but overall their furniture is beautiful.
