I hope you can assist, as I’ve been experiencing ongoing issues with this matter and have had to follow up repeatedly without resolution. I was recently on hold for nearly 20 minutes trying to get some clarity, and unfortunately, the person who answered my call left me on hold without any further feedback. When I finally managed to reach Sifiso—after numerous attempts—his conduct was highly unprofessional, and I'm requesting your intervention at this point. To summarise the issue: my mother-in-law’s pension was placed on hold pending proof of existence, which she duly provided. Her regular payments were then released, but the bank raised a dispute over the IBAN details. It’s important to note that my mother-in-law has never changed her banking information. She has since submitted a bank statement confirming receipt of the May and June payments; however the arrears and bonus payments are still outstanding. I’ve spent the entire morning calling to get an update from Sifiso and only reached him a few minutes ago—with no success in resolving the matter. I would truly appreciate your assistance in moving this forward.
Purchased item online,was advised a few days later it will only be available in 4 months ,I had to continuously follow up,requested to speak to manager without any success,I requested a refund and was advised that it will only be reflect within 7-10 working days,tried to call several times and was put on hold for close to 10 minutes every time,the shaken agent Lerato and manager Sharosh from main reef brand unprofessional and to date no refund processed
I am struggling to get a refund for accomodation we were not able to cancel, the owner of Lindokhule Holiday homes not replying to any of our emails and messages, Booking.com reached out to them to confirm the refund, but to no avail.
Booked accommodation via booking.com, made payment for Lindokhule Holiday homes, with booking number 4435595581, upon arrival we were notified that we will be sharing the Holiday home with other guest, which we declined and immediately tried to cancel the booking but could not. We had to book other suitable accommodation and had to pay once again. I've reached out to the property owner which referred me to booking.com for refund but have not received a refund or feedback as yet
Purchased a kettle and toaster set over a year ago and kettle stopped working, requested a replacement but instead repairs were done and kettle not working currently. I'm not willing to go through the collect and repair process again and request a replacement, numerous emails sent to onedayonly customer service with no feedback to date reference number 5183264
We purchased furniture through Thando Furnitures, which is a mobicredit merchant and has not received delivery for over 5 weeks, we've requested feedback from Mobicredit as how Thando furnitures, who is ****ming people are making use of the mobicredit platform as we've paid an amount through their facility as well and we have not received any feedback to date.
Placed an order with Thando furnitures, last payment done about 3 weeks ago. To date no delivery, no refund, no communication. I could not find them at the address given on their bio and to date no delivery.
I booked a 3 day vacation through Africastay and was advised two days before departure that our flight times has changed. The problem is flight was now scheduled 13 hours from original time. We were supposed to land in Zanzibar 12:30 pm on the 14 May, instead we only booked in the following day 15 May at 5am. Africastay has not offered to give us the monetary value for the one day that we lost but we were told that there is nothing that they can do from there side. Upon our return our flight was delayed yet again as some documents were not submitted. I requested alternatives such as booking the following week or requesting that the hotel offers a discount. They could not assist with any of these request. I feel that we have been robbed of one full day yet they cant do anything on their side, unacceptable.
Nandos Eldorado Park-I went to Nandos on several occasions and always get the same service from Donna.She is friendly, patient efficient and helpful when placing an order.She truly enjoys what she is doing and it shows when you enter the restaurant.Well done Donna continue what you are doing!
