Review: I am a builder in Krugersdorp and I am appalled by the service from Syntech Johannesburg. After waiting 7 days for a response regarding an incomplete RMA (CRO 00093474), I received a call today at 12:22 PM that was impatient and dismissive. The Facts: Incomplete Product: Syntech returned an ASRock HDV board in my old MSI box with NO I/O shield and NO M.2 *****. The system is physically unusable. Inferior Substitute: They provided a lower-spec board with budget features compared to the MSI Pro Max II I originally purchased. Total Failure of Service: I originally accepted a cheaper board to be helpful to Syntech, but after being ignored for a week and then treated poorly on the phone, I am no longer settling for a "fix" on this platform. My Final Demand: Because Syntech has fundamentally breached the CPA and destroyed the resale value of my kit, I am no longer accepting a B450 replacement. I am seeking a commercial settlement for an entry-level AM5 platform (CPU, Motherboard, and RAM) to resolve this once and for all. Please have a manager call me at 069 822 7744 to resolve this today. If not, I am proceeding to the Small Claims Court on Tuesday morning.

Please check all stock recieved from this distributor. These people are distributors and you are their resellers... But be prepared as a reseller, for your stock not to be returned, they look for any reason not to credit, similair to insurance companies. We had acquired some stock, however the stock was not collected by our client and we returned the items the following day, upon returning, they say the Box of a CPU cooler is slightly torn and they are unable to credit the item they themselves take no photos of stock before it arrives to us, but will be quick to make the accusation a tear happened while the item was with you but unable to prove it was sent in perfect condition Under their statement, no stock can leave their dispatch with a torn box - like their staff take extra initiative to check packaging. additionally, many manufacturers seal their packaging with a seal or sticker, these boxes have zero stickers and no seal. News, you just don't wanna hear as a reseller. As a reseller, a distributor should be prepared for returns, but not this distributor The account managers at this company think they are CEOs of syntech, it's their way or no way according to them. We deal with the big 5 ITC Companies and we have never encountered a company like syntech which is this problematic. The review is simply a genuine representation of the service received from this business which is unfortunate because as a business owner, There are 3 things which must be respected above all: 1. Your companies brand name 2. Self respect for you as the owner 3. Respect for your staff's ability and time. Syntech does not value any of these key points. The sales manager is an absolute b*$#h who thinks she runs syntech. The sales person - Mayuri, is quite a pleasant person to deal with and speak to, it is her manager who is a complete and total wreck of a person. Best not to deal with entitled woman like this. This company likes to push their agenda onto you, and as a reseller you will only know at a time of refund exactly what company you are dealing with. make sure whatever item you are ordering from them, that it lasts forever because a refund will be treated like an insurance policy claim. Probably someone at their company tore the box and probably said to themselves, it wasn't me ✌️ Now because of this, the reseller is responsible. The distributor will indeed see a reduction of sales from us, as we slowly disable their products on our website. We have no intention to put our highly valued customers through syntechs drama. The day my clients have a return, is the day I will have a serious problem with syntech.

Very friendly buy absolutely useless. Cheap Chinese ****. Hi Anthony The courier collects on the time and date you gave us and then the unit needs to get to us first so that we can test and let you know of the outcome after the assessment was done. Bought a Gizzu power supply from them through Takealot, turned out to be faulty after 1.5 years. App**** for a refund through takeout they put me through to Syntech who organised collection and a full refund in a week. Pleasantly surprised if was this easy all I needed was my Takealot receipt.

I bought a GPS500 power bank, spent R8000 on this unit. After 18 months the unit has a product fault. The response from Syntech is weak and they take no responsibility for their product failures. The reply was, sorry there is nothing we can do. No spares nothing. So I have an R8000 product that does not work and Syntech cannot offer any assistance what so ever. They are not a consumer centric company, knowingly selling unsupported products with no after sales service. I should have bought the Eco Flow brand which is superiors to the gizzu. Do not waste your time or money on Syntech, they don't care about thier customers or the poor quality products they flood into the market.

Bought a Gizzu 518W unit that turned out to be 1 of the units that were recalled due to a manufacturing error. Now...I bought it from Cash Converters, who got it from Takealot. Confirmed by Gizzu support. IE. new from the manufacturer it just took another route to get to me. Received an email from "Gizzu support" but now I am blocked from replying. for some reason! Don't see why a recalled unit can't be swapped just because I got it through a different supplier. I am also willing to trade it in for a discount or at the very least I wanted to know where I can have it fixed, but alas: no assistance!

The expensive Xiaomi Mi Lamp I purchased from Syntech (via Yuppiechef) stopped working just a few days after the warranty expired. Both Yuppiechef and their disgusting supplier Syntech, wasted my time by having me package up the device and deliver it to their Canal Walk branch, only for it to be returned to me in the same condition, in my own packaging, 3 months later. I had offered to pay for repairs as the warranty had just expired - even though I should not have, as a lamp worth R1000 should keep working for longer than one year. But despite this, I received the following disgusting, unintelligible response from the supplier: "The following repairs were carried out on the machine: No repairs were done - The technicians advised that the unit is out of warranty and not feasible to repair" On top of this, I was told by their customer services department that a new item had been shipped as a replacement "in good faith", only to find that it was exactly the same defective product I had returned. This company offers no after-sales support and hides behind brief warranties that they have no intention of honouring. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Syntech had money being deducted from my husband's account between July 2019 untill April 2020. According to them it will not possible to get bank statements for that period. I lnow for sure that they will be able to. R9700 in total is definetly not small change. My husband didn't sign any debit order, nor did he give permission to have money deducted from his account. We want Syntech to refund us the money that was taken from my husband's account. I am awaiting for a reply from Syntech with a satisfactory answer
