Exceptional client Service
Like to comment Thapelo Senoamadi from The outlet: Stuttafords Woodmead brand for the exception customer service, for going extra mile and keeping me posted for the item I was looking for, they didn't have the item at their store and he said he will check with other stores and he kept his word and kept me in the loop through out even we couldn't get the item but it's the effort for me. Keep up the good service Tshepo, great one.

Stuttafords.
I thought I had paid them all I owe them. The last account or message I received was about 2 months after they closed their doors. Now I find out I owe R399. I can’t get hold of them to get banking details. How am I supposed to pay them ? They are absolutely ridiculous.

Update ITC profile
On my ITC profile it still shows that there is an outstanding balance and I have been struggling for the last 6 months for the accounts department to show that there is a Zero balance plus that the account is closed as they are no longer in business. They don't answer their phones and did manage to receive a response via email that they will rectify my profile but this hasn't happened. One can send a number of follow up emails but with no response and even faxing doesn't help at all. Extremely frustrating with any of the email addresses linked to Sifcoretail.com in order to resolve a simple issue.

Stuttafords charges
Descerine Charles ********** have sent me some account to pay to Stuttafords which don't exist. The stuttafords site is just a dummy site that you cannot buy anything there. They also charged R15.00 monthly as card fee!! What can I do regarding the above? Thanks Yacov **********

Good day, after a whole lot of charges was paid on my account and I Requested the whole time for a statement from your accounts department, you handed me over incorrectly as my account was paid nearly finished. The company send me an account of R1000+ outstanding that is totally incorrect and your'e account department is also not responding. In the mean time THE COMPANY IS CHARGING ME UNNECESSARY MONEY OF THIS. YOU REFUSE TO EMAIL ME ACCOUNT WITH UPDATE ON MY ACCOUNT! I HAVE PROVE OF ALL THE EMAILS AND MESSAGES SEND! ARE YOU IN MONEY TROUBLE AND STEALING THE CUSTOMERS MONEY ON THIS WAY????? BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THE SITUATION IS. IT IS MY RIGHT AND THE CONSUMER LAW IS COVERING ME TO GET AN ACCOUNT. I WILL NOT PAY THESE EXTRA MONEY CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT AS THIS IS ILLEGALLY DONE ON YOUR SIDE. I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AND MY NAME CLEARED!

NO UPDATE ON STATEMENT ACCOUNT
