On my ITC profile it still shows that there is an outstanding balance and I have been struggling for the last 6 months for the accounts department to show that there is a Zero balance plus that the account is closed as they are no longer in business.
They don't answer their phones and did manage to receive a response via email that they will rectify my profile but this hasn't happened. One can send a number of follow up emails but with no response and even faxing doesn't help at all.
Extremely frustrating with any of the email addresses linked to Sifcoretail.com in order to resolve a simple issue.
