Good day, after a whole lot of charges was paid on my account and I Requested the whole time for a statement from your accounts department, you handed me over incorrectly as my account was paid nearly finished. The company send me an account of R1000+ outstanding that is totally incorrect and your'e account department is also not responding. In the mean time THE COMPANY IS CHARGING ME UNNECESSARY MONEY OF THIS. YOU REFUSE TO EMAIL ME ACCOUNT WITH UPDATE ON MY ACCOUNT! I HAVE PROVE OF ALL THE EMAILS AND MESSAGES SEND! ARE YOU IN MONEY TROUBLE AND STEALING THE CUSTOMERS MONEY ON THIS WAY????? BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THE SITUATION IS. IT IS MY RIGHT AND THE CONSUMER LAW IS COVERING ME TO GET AN ACCOUNT. I WILL NOT PAY THESE EXTRA MONEY CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT AS THIS IS ILLEGALLY DONE ON YOUR SIDE. I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AND MY NAME CLEARED!
