The worst
My car has been in an accident and my insurance referred me to Star Centre here in George. That was March. The bumper needed a part that was ordered from overseas. I received no updates from the company. Only when I emailed them and phoned them. The lady who answered always say she will phone me back. She doesn't. I have to phone back. I received an sms 3 days ago saying my vehicle is in the assembly division. I phoned today asking for an update. The same lady told me that the guy who worked on my vehicle resigned 2 weeks ago and she can't ask anyone what is happening to my vehicle because they are not there she is alone. Needless to say, this is the worst service I have received from a company thus far. They are really not helpful. They make you phone them for updates and makes you feel like a nuisance when you ask what is going on.

Unprofessional behaviour from Star Centre Panelbeaters East London
I took my car to the panel beaters on the 14 May, after somewhat communication they stopped sending updates,I had to call and complain on why i was not receiving updates. The insurance gave me a hired car for 2 weeks and it kept extending due to the panel beater’s side. Up until today I havent received my car, the car hire is expiring tomorrow,Star Centre still is ignoring my plea of getting my vehicle until the ordered parts arrive. On Monday the insurance told them that the hired car will have to be returned as 30 days have come to an end and they have to organise from their side on what to do by giving me a car, i sent them an email with the communication from Outsurance, still no update. Today i called them just before 8am to get an update and i was told someone will call me by 10am, still nothing,until i sent an email in the afternoon reminding them that tomorrow I have to return the car! Even after they called me,my file has been put on someone new who have no clue on what is going on with the vehicle,who was shocked that the car has been with them for 30 days! This is pure unprofessional and madness! I dont remember a day where this company has called me to apologise for this behaviour! Now tomorrow i will be out of a car until God know!

Star Centre George - Awesome Service
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Peter Visagie for the absolutely awesome service and exceptonal quality of work they have done on my Mercedes. They were very professional and I was informed every step of the process. Will most certainly deal with this company in future.

Excellent job
Star centre George did an excellent job with my white ford fiesta (Panelbeating). I damaged the entire side panel and they fixed it like new without any problems. They also found a wheel cap which is not commercially available anymore to complete the job. Their communication via phone and email was fast, easy, and without hassle. Excellent job done. Very pleased with my car. Thank You.

Lack of responsibilty
<p>Took my merc in for repairs, and while in there care the bonnet now will not stay open.</p> <p>They refuse to take responsibilty and just want money. A 2 day job has turned in 2 weeks</p> <p>Highly disgusted cleint</p>
