When ordering once off they automatically re-schedule you payment as monthly without your knowledge. They don't respond, and the product i ordered as a once off months ag has never been received
Please be extremely careful when dealing with Homeware and Tech. We purchased an oven from them, they never wrapped the oven, nor did they package the oven properly. Wrapped with an extremely thin box and plastic. The result being the oven was received broken, and they are not interested in assisting, even though it is absolutely their fault for not packaging the oven. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this company based in Sunnyside Pretoria.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Peter Visagie for the absolutely awesome service and exceptonal quality of work they have done on my Mercedes. They were very professional and I was informed every step of the process. Will most certainly deal with this company in future.
Why do you offer a service, if you cannot provide one. Every time this month I log into Tracer connect there is an issue, or it says "Ops we cannot get your data". This is part of the service we pay for. So since you cannot provide the service, can I please have a refund this month as I couldn't use your service.

What an absolutely awesome experience buying a car from Leon, Autocity Alberton. The service is impeccable, and he went far beyond the extra mile with firstly sourcing the car for me, then having a towbar fitted for me, also roadworthy and registration, and to top of it all, delivered to our house. How can I ever thank Leon for all he's gone through in a record time for us. Thank you once again. These guys are not only professional, but highly recommended. I would like to award them 10 starts out of 5. Well done guys.
Be very careful before ordering online from Manicaa.com. They are quick to take your money, wait a week then says the item is out of stock, and then you wait more than a month for a refund
Be careful when purchasing from Chamberlains Strubensvalley. Yesterday I purchased a lock for a pivot door that was faulty. Today I take it back. The salesman tells me not to tighten the bolts on the cyllinder, and to put locktite on. When I told him that's stupid, he eventually gave me another lock. We then had to go to the Information counter. I had the incorrect Chamberlain slip. After 20 minutes they still couldn't find the lock on their system. I showed them on my bank statement the details of the transaction. Then a manager came and still couldn't find anything. It was a straight swop. Faulty lock for a hope not faulty lock!!! I just started a complete renovation of a townhouse. Guess where I WON'T be shopping again.
I purchased an Alcatel Tablet on 16 April at Game Brits mall, so that I can Skype with my 95 year old mother in the Old age home during lockdown. When I opened the tablet it goes to fastboot mode, and stays there. Eventually on 24 July I was able to travel to Brits as I live in Johannesburg to return the tablet, as neither Game Cresta nor Game Clearwater would accept the tablet to send it back to Alcatel for repair. I was called twice in the last month by Game Brits Mall to inform me the tablet has been repaired and ready for collection. I travelled to Brits from Johannesburg this morning collected the so called repaired tabletand came back to Johannesburg. As I just opened the tablet, it goes back to fastboot mode, in other words NOTHING was done in months and the tablet was obviously not repaired. Really disappointing on how extremely poor the service of Game Brits Mall, Game Cresta and Game Clearwater mall is. Moral of the story, don’t buy technology from Game
