I took my car to the panel beaters on the 14 May, after somewhat communication they stopped sending updates,I had to call and complain on why i was not receiving updates. The insurance gave me a hired car for 2 weeks and it kept extending due to the panel beater’s side. Up until today I havent received my car, the car hire is expiring tomorrow,Star Centre still is ignoring my plea of getting my vehicle until the ordered parts arrive. On Monday the insurance told them that the hired car will have to be returned as 30 days have come to an end and they have to organise from their side on what to do by giving me a car, i sent them an email with the communication from Outsurance, still no update. Today i called them just before 8am to get an update and i was told someone will call me by 10am, still nothing,until i sent an email in the afternoon reminding them that tomorrow I have to return the car! Even after they called me,my file has been put on someone new who have no clue on what is going on with the vehicle,who was shocked that the car has been with them for 30 days! This is pure unprofessional and madness! I dont remember a day where this company has called me to apologise for this behaviour! Now tomorrow i will be out of a car until God know!
My sister has a cover with the group, since 2017. When she tried to claim they said they will send an email. She has been waiting for that email. Mind tou the funeral is this coming Saturday the 28th. She has no money to bury her son. Can you actually contact her as soon as possible, cos she has depression and is stressing over this.
