Outsurance is the WORST.
The biggest **** if there ever was one. You'll want to read this. I was an accident in March. I am still waiting for my car. I phone outsurance. I keep being referred to someone else. My claims officer is always busy on the line with someone else. Before the accident I paid R1120 for car insurance. After the accident they said no girl we'll increase it to R1649. I said sho no it's fine. I received an email about a month ago saying from the 15th July 2025 I will be paying R1999 for my car insurance. This is the worst insurance company there is. They are never there when you need them. They referred my car to an even worse ****** panel beating company and I am still in the dark about when I will be receiving my car.

The worst
My car has been in an accident and my insurance referred me to Star Centre here in George. That was March. The bumper needed a part that was ordered from overseas. I received no updates from the company. Only when I emailed them and phoned them. The lady who answered always say she will phone me back. She doesn't. I have to phone back. I received an sms 3 days ago saying my vehicle is in the assembly division. I phoned today asking for an update. The same lady told me that the guy who worked on my vehicle resigned 2 weeks ago and she can't ask anyone what is happening to my vehicle because they are not there she is alone. Needless to say, this is the worst service I have received from a company thus far. They are really not helpful. They make you phone them for updates and makes you feel like a nuisance when you ask what is going on.
