Thank you Rialto foods, Zanie Marie and also Europe for assisting me with my packaging issue from Makro Port Elizabeth it took a while however it was definitely worth the wait I do appreciate it thank you. I hope the store has done their part and replaced the faulty items and we can resume our regular business thank you once again your package was amazing.

Was really looking forward to my favourite sweet and salty popcorn from Act II, but was highly disappointed and dissatisfied when I followed the instructions (3min on 1000w) to only have a quarter of the kernels popped and the popcorn starting to burn. I landed up having to do all 3 packets in the box to fill a bowl for a movie. I usually enjoy it as it's so convenient but was not happy at all. The boiling hot butter also melted and leaked out the packet onto my hand when removing it from the micro

Rialto HR Services are the worst one can ever imagine! Authorities should investigate on how they do things.I have been an employee at Rialto for 5 years, I worked tirelessly in 3 departments as one person. I would work overtime for consecutive days knock off at 12 o’clock midnight at times and then be expected to be at work at 07:30 early in the morning. I never complained, I put in my heart and effort to ensure that the company strives and reaches the greatest heights. My overtime was not paid accordingly, i dealt and I am dealing with this pain and struggle even after leaving the company. I submitted my pension fund claim withdrawal documents. HR advised that the payout will be processed within a turnaround time of 2 weeks.Now it has been more than a month, and there is no payout, no communication whatsoever. Throughout this period, I have been following up, escalated the matter. However there is no response, action and even a mere acknowledgement. I even followed up telephonically and there’s simply no action whatsoever done. Now I I have to fight, struggle to get my hard earned money, for what?

I have been watching this for a while now ,thinking you will do.I have never seen such exploitation.What do you call what giving someone R12000 with a qualification and more than 10 years experience in their field.It does not even cover basic needs yet you expect them to work 7 days a week ,day and night.The poor guy has been in and out of hospital because of stress from your exploitation and your so called manager bullyism.You should be ashamed of yourselves.Does Woolworths know you are exploiting people or Should I let them know ?

I bought a box of ACT II and the popcorn when made only fills the packet two thirds. Previously when made you would get a full packet of popcorn. The popcorn also tasted old. I will change to another brand as the price does not warrant what I am getting.
