Terrible service!! I booked a very nice suite online based on the stunning photos, when I got to reception I was taken to my room. This room was no only the incorrect room, but there was still a dirty rag and cleaning supplies in the lounge floor… with visible dirt still on the carpet and floor. I then went back to reception to ask why I had received the incorrect room and was told that I had been double booked… the other couple, who had not even arrived yet, had gotten the room that I had booked and paid for. I then asked Olga (manager on duty) to rather do a refund and I will try book elsewhere. It is now 3 months later with roughly 30 home calls to the hotel and 3 personal calls to the owner himself and still no refund. Nothing but promises to phone back. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Utterly such a poor experience
Was really looking forward to my favourite sweet and salty popcorn from Act II, but was highly disappointed and dissatisfied when I followed the instructions (3min on 1000w) to only have a quarter of the kernels popped and the popcorn starting to burn. I landed up having to do all 3 packets in the box to fill a bowl for a movie. I usually enjoy it as it's so convenient but was not happy at all. The boiling hot butter also melted and leaked out the packet onto my hand when removing it from the micro
