I just had a breakfast at the Mugg and Bean Kathu and when I went to pay, the price for the breakfast was more than what was on the menu. The waitress gave me the lame excuse that the difference in price is because of Covid 19 and they haven't had a chance to print new menus. The price of their coffee is also over inflated. The owners or manager have lost touch with reality !! I won't eat at a Mug and Bean again because of their dishonesty.
At checkout when you want to buy the goods you have chosen. The delivery cost is not evident and all it says is TBC. To be confirmed could be anything from R1 to R1000 or more. Get your act together
The Clicks Club Card loyalty program is useless and not well managed. I phoned Clicks last week to ask them why my loyalty card had not been updated with the points that I had gained when filling up with fuel at two Shell garages. The woman I chatted to from Clicks checked my loyalty card number and confirmed that I had indeed filled up at these two stations. She said it looks like the two fuel stations had not released the points due to me and that I must go to these two fuelling stations and ask the managers there to release my Clicks Club Card points. Who's loyalty program is this, mine or Clicks....???? I think it's badly managed and I don't think I am the only person getting *****ed over by them
I bought a box of ACT II and the popcorn when made only fills the packet two thirds. Previously when made you would get a full packet of popcorn. The popcorn also tasted old. I will change to another brand as the price does not warrant what I am getting.
MTN ....you gave out my personal details to a third party without my consent which is illegal.... (Read below). In January 2018 Summer Sun phoned me and offered me a cell phone contract which I declined. Yesterday the 21 February 2018 I discovered that Summer Mobile had signed me up for a new. contract without my knowledge and when I approached MTN about this they refused to get involved even though they are the culprit in this case. I find that what Summer Mobile have done is Fraud as I never gave my consent and I never signed a contract with them. As for MTN they should never have given my details to Summer Mobile without my consent. I will contact my bank and cancel the stop order I have with MTN
