You guys are breaching the law..... I have logged a formal complaint with the Ombud on this matter as I cannot keep explaining this to " First for Woman" that call me each month, usually the first week when an auto Hippo request is completed on something that I did 5 - 6 year ago?? Automatically submitted request which I did not do, this happens each month, each #### month.........
Good afternoon FNB, recently opened a new account yesterday at your Woodlands Branch where I received remarkable great service from two of the employees namely the manager (which name I did not get but she was a wonderful experienced banker in my eyes). The second great person who had helped me though all the admin and explanations of the Accounts was Jade, she assisted me till the end, online banking, APP the different accounts and their benefits. This was for me truly amazing and placed my mind in a place that I see a long-term relationship. I told Jade that I will take the liberty of messaging Head Depart/ Social media regarding her wonderful service she had provided. I have convinced my friend that went with me yesterday and some other one’s that FNB is the place to be. We went this morning also to the Menlyn Park branch (the big mall) where another great consultant had assisted my friend that went with me yesterday to move his account to FNB as well. This wonderful lady’s name was Betty, she had assisted me after I have considered getting a credit card yesterday with the process and set to deliver my credit card to woodlands branch when it is ready. For this I really want to say thank you, and making my switch from the other bank that I banked with for 7 years’ worth. I hope that these employees get some recognition. Kind regards
Hi good day. I had recieved my parcel today where i have received the wrong parcel and content namely the Tin and the Teddy. I have called your call centre from this very morning since i got it and it was wrong. The first call agent said they wil fix it and come and collect it by 5 today and don't need to worry. He said i would receive an email regarding the Picking up of the package. This was this morning 11 am. The second call agent said this afternoon at 2 pm Said i should have sent pictures of what is wrong to an email that i should have received that i did not got. She said the same thing that the delivery guy would come and collect and fix the parcel. The final lady at 4 pm said that no delivery guy has been sent and that everything is looking fine. And should email to this address.... I have called you several TIMES! you are in fualt of delivering the wrong package. I require now immediate action for this fualt and frustration i also attached my call time for your call centre of which i require back. I have attached what i got and what i have ordered. And for your admin this is for my girlfriend it's not acceptable and can't give this to her.... My order was that teddy bear with her name on with a Ripon, and balloon and not Puppy love Mom with a Dog teddy bear. Please fix your delivery immediately. I'm awaiting your feedback. Thanks Marco.
<p>I have been without internet for an entire week, doing this review from my phone as Telkom can't help or provide me proper service.</p> <p> </p> <p>My internet went off on Monday till now there are interwalls where it works and does not work and by the definition of work i mean 40kbps.... According to telkom the first call agent said my Cap is done where i have an uncapped account what this means only she would know. The second call agent Chris told me that i still have my internet and have not reached the threshold to be nerved and that everything should be working but it is not.</p> <p> </p> <p>The third agent placed me on hold so long the call to the call agent reseted. The some more calls later nothing..... I have been given 2 case nr where one call agent yesterday closed it after she called me and I said I'm in a meeting and don't know if it is working where i found out it did not work. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want this problem relieved as the kids in the house are getting mad and so am i. Am i going to get credit for not being able to use my internet for basically half of the month??? I want to know that NOW not paying 800 for 13 day where i can't access my emails, watch my showmax, Netflix and do my work.... Tel me now... </p> <p> </p> <p>If i can't get an answer or this problem relieved i will cancel this contract as i have read of the unfair policy changes towards this contract and where plenty of people cancelled it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also.... I stay 100m away from the tower!! There is no signal issue, it's either the router is faulty or the tower but my phone is on Telkom LTE and it's working 100. </p>
<p>Hi telkom, i have been using your LTE uncapped services for about 3 months now lately my internet speed has been lowered so MUCH i cant barely open my email.... i get 50 Kbps. where i used to get 5 Mb/s. I cant watch my netflix firstly and my family cant use the internet as it is so slow. I want a reason for this as i see this as a plausible reason for Breach of contract, I pay R800 a month and now i get no internet.</p> <p>Are you going to pay my netflix now as i cant access it no more?? We dont download anything, we Watch Netflix, Youtube and that is that NO Torrents only streaming. The contract and the marking of this contract was and i repeat what they say "The sky is the limit, full speeds on youtube, netflix" now where is this service?? I myself understand telkom throttles and i agree with it BUT it must be to a limit where i can still USE the services..... Getting 50 Kbps is not Throtteling its called no service.</p>
<p>This is my 4th complaint...telkom has not gotten back to me or called etc....</p> <p><br />Hi i had applied the 3rd of june on your website and got my call for the call Agent the 4th (sa****ay) where we completed my contract over the phone and was successful etc. She told me they will call me in 5-7 business days to arrange delivery, they then debited me the full contract amount for the month on the 6th of june where until now i had not receive any call regarding my device or delivery.<br /> <br />it is today already the 27th June.... where nothing has happened. i was at a telkom store where they told me they only had lodged my contract on the 11th of june and must WAIT again 7 business days for a call.... So i waited again and nothing has happend i tried calling...email...Helo peter etc... nothing helps.<br /> <br />So please can i get help. I only gotten last week Tuesday my delivery nr BUT it does not work CourierIT says they don't have it and had not received any information for your side.</p> <p>I have been waiting almost a MONTH! For my device and information. Friday is the 1st and I'm going on leave next week.... now you want me to stay home to show you my ID and Prove of house IF you eventually arrive?</p> <p>It takes 20 min to do the contract and 1 day to take my money but 30 days to get NOTHING! <p>I had complain last week about not receiving information regarding my contract i had concluded. Interaction Ref: AI ********** .</p> <p>So i just want to enquire the following . On my portal i see under my orders the device for the contract that i have concluded on the 4th where you debited me on the 6th the full amount of R799. I still have not receive any information of it but on my portal(Existing customer) i see the device status as "Checking for stock at warehouse" logged on the 2016-06-11 Order reference : ********** 63A or Service ID ********** 435.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then i looked at "track an issue" where it said Cancel product 2016-06-11 Ref: ********** 8</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know now.... Is my contract still active, why is it saying cancel product? And where is my device because it is already half way of the month. i had receive NOTHING, you just took my money. <p>I have applied for the LTE Uncapped deal for R799 on the 3th of June on the telkom portal,and had receive a call from the online call Agent on the 4th of june (Sa****ay) where i completed my Application or contract by telephone. My Application was successful and the Agent told me i will get a call from the delivery person in this week to arrange the installation etc.....</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 6th of June they had debited me the full amount of the contract of R799, where i had not yet receive an copy of my contract by email,post and had not receive any information regarding my device or installation of it. Now how is this fair for the consumer to pay the full contract amount for the month when i had not even received my device or any infromation regarding it?</p> <p> </p> <p>i Have called 10210 the entire week where i could not get help for anyone, and the delivery department told me i must call the LTE department for information BUT the phone is never answered. I then emailed the sales/enquiry department but had not receive any information or a call back to this problem.....So i have tried everything.</p>
<p> I had apply last night for telkoms LTE uncapped June Promo, and had already receive my call this morning from the call agent her name was Pamala/Pam ,at even the perfect timing was so happy because there was like 7 places left for this promo. She was friendly and very helpful and did her job outstanding (Provisional etc.) Explained all the T/C's so that i had a clear understanding. Would appriaciate it if you give her Recognition for provinding her job outstanding.</p> <p> </p> <p>This would be my 3 contract at telkom and i personally love your customer care service, Thanks for the Great service that you provide i even got some of my vriends and family to move to telkom mobile.</p> <p> </p>
