I ordered my shelving 25 November, delivery promise 7 to 14 working days and I received a confirmation email then nothing, I sent an email 12 December enquiring about my order, no reply. constantly checking the order status and still in "confirmed" no link to any shipping information, I sent another email 17 December as the status had not changed and no response to my previous email and message the WhatsApp number, they guys on WhatsApp were very apologetic and escalated the issue. later on the 17th I got an email that now had a link to the shipping, it was dispatched 10 December I was checked in on the floor on 15 December, nothing further. that evening I got a WhatsApp from Jeff, stating their delivery is 3 to 15 days and my order was sent within 11days all communication was sent and delivered successfully and if you are so unhappy please feel free to return the goods as they value thier customer satisfaction... clearly not...so rude, I can not return items I have not received... first and last time I ever buy from these guys. the website says delivery in 7 to 14 days... this is misrepresented as they dispatched on day 11... let's see how long it takes them to actually deliver... if the items turn up at all.
I recently was a victim of a *****ulent transaction of R4,104.14 on 13/03/2025 on my FNB account, the approval on my smart phone was declined and there was only R1,200 in my account, so insufficient funds FNB processed it anyway and I reported it immediately and got my card replaced, I have just followed up with FNB as I have not heard from them and it has been declined, apparently they sent an email on 19/03/2025 informing me of such which I have not received. THIS is a major security risk at FNB
I have used takealot for many years and its been great untill recently... I ordered a Millex air cooler it worked perfectly till the cord sicet dissapeared I sent it in for a replacement item and the warehouse declined the replacement with the rule it should of been logged within 7 days How in the world am I supposed to know that the socket is going to dissapear in 2 months time????? what qualifications do these people have to make these uninformed assumption based decisions... this is the secind issue I have with the warehouse in a month the previous order they sent me the incorrect item what is going on at the warehouse... this is so sad, takelot just lost a long running loyal customer.
Afrihost are a bunch of liar's theives and fraudsters dont believe a word they tell you and the people dont have a clue what they are doing and they cant even read... ony join this provider if you like to be ripped off and a constant fight for your money back... I am now proceeding with legal action against them.
I have been trying to find out about my claim cheques for PPI for the past 6 months and numerous letters, emails, phone calls, I even went to twitter and no responce. I was told they were sending a cheque in April and it would take 28 days it is now 4 November and still no cheque and I can't get any responce.
I keep getting the below text message "Under DEBT REVIEW? Need to pull your ITC REPORT or need a PERSONAL LOAN? Contact Andrew ********** 404 - ********** I have requested removal from their mailing list many times I have never contacted them and I have no debt
<p>I paid for my TV licence when it was due but I keep getting sms saying my account is overdue and threats that if this is not paid.... I have checked my account on line it says my balance is 0 I have phoned the no on the sms 5 times and still get not joy I have emailed the receipt to the address they give me 5 times and still I am getting these threats from SABC because they do not know what they are going they can not see between systems or even reconcille their systems, I have contacted the accounts manager and they say my account is not in arrears but yet I still get threatening SMS's.... </p>
<p>I changed to FFW in the beginning of March and within a week smash my side mirror so I called them to make a claim 2.5 months later and my claim according to them is settled yet my mirror is not repaired all they seem to do is set you up with dodgy repair centers who keep making excuses as to why they can't repair it yet... it is a wing mirror replacement seriously it isn't rocket science!!!!! As soon as this is get my mirror I am moving my insurance worst service I have ever received</p>
