Nedbank Insurance will not honour my Claim for Rain Damages. I sent the Pictures. They Failed to send a Qualified Contractor. We pay over R13k per Annum and they Won't Assist. People must not use Nedbank. They are Robbing their Clients.

Nedbank Insurance ****
A Week ago I wrote a Review About Nedbank Insurance. I had water Damage. Nedbank sent 2 Incompatent Contractors. I took Pictures of the Damages. Damage to Bedroom Cupboards and Walls. & Damaged Door. I Requested Nedbank to send Compatent Contractor. They are *******. Please do not Take a Home loan with Nedbank. We Pay over 12k per Annum & they won't Fix up Damage. Extremely Disappointed.

Nedbank Insurance ****
Recently with the heavy constant rainfall. Our property was severely damaged structurally which caused damage to the Built in Cupboards, walls and door. I notified Nedbank who is my homeowners insurer. They sent 2 contractors. Both were shown the damages. They even took pictures of the damages. Today i got a call from Nedbank saying that my claim is rejected as their contractors report no damage. I had no idea that my monthly insurance contribution goes towards blind contractors (who did not even look competent). This is unacceptable and i demand that Nedbank sends out qualified contractors to re-evaluate the damages. There is obvious damage resulting from the heavy rains. I have taken pictures of the Damages

Law on Call will Leave you in Trouble
We Called FNB Law on Call on Monday wanting to Change Plan. FNB Promised to call the Next Day. Today is four days Later. FNB still hasn't Called. Absolutely Ridiculous and Unacceptable.
