Do yourself a favor and avoid Black & Decker products at all costs. My vacuum cleaner, which I paid nearly R4000 for, broke and now I’m left with a useless device. The roller has completely perished, and when I contacted their so-called 'Service Centre' multiple times, begging for assistance, I received no response whatsoever. It’s clear they have no interest in actually supporting their customers or providing replacements. Instead, they expect you to throw it away and buy a new one. This level of customer service is appalling, and I will never waste my money on their products again.
I was initially a little bit skeptical about ordering from them since I hadn't heard of the company before, and the price seemed too good to be true. However, I reached out to them and received an immediate response with the specifications of the product I needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service. The item arrived quickly, was well packaged, and I was kept informed throughout the process. I will definitely be ordering from them much more in the future! :)
Beware of Le Petite Flowers. (Be aware, this is not La Petite florist and gift shop in Secunda). Le Petite Flowers is a Facebook page / Company claiming to sell This Facebook page / Business is a **** run by Natalie Odendaal who claims to be from Carltonville. She pretends to sell flower bulbs but once you pay, you never hear from her again. I bought items from her but she simply never sent it...
I have asked this company On Air TV used by Multichoice multiple times to remove me from their database. I have NOT provided them with my contact details, yet they are cold calling me. This is against the POPI Act. As a result of this company’s actions, I will not use Multichoice or any of their related products or services. I will also report them to the POPIA Regulator. I will also be posting complaints against your partner On Air TV.

I have never seen worse service in my life... If you have the choice, avoid them if possible! They constantly make false promises, delay upon delay. Don't expect feedback from them ever, they do not answer emails or telephone calls. They keep asking for the same documents over and over, and constantly send you from pillar to post. You will keep hearing your claim is at payment stage, it;s not more than a year of struggling with them to pay our family what is due. This feels like a elaborate ****.
"If I could give them 10 stars, I would. You won't find a more honest and straightforward service center anywhere. They are meticulous and always go the extra mile. If you own a German car, look no further. I’m particular about my vehicles and trust only Tonie and his team to work on them. Well done!
Avoid KNUS Home Decor. They do not fulfill their refund promises. Looking at other reviews, everyone is promised a 10-day refund, but it just never materializes. They don’t respond to emails, and the phone number listed on their website is disconnected. It’s unfortunate, but they seem to be professional ****mers.
I have now tried multiple times to order using the "Promo" codes they give in the app. They expect you to insert the code right at the end after you have added items to your cart. Final step when you want to put in the promo code it syays "Maximum Usage" - They do not disclose that there is a limmited amount of vouchers where they advertise the discount. What a horrible way to trick your customers into thinking they will be getting a discount on your inflated prices. Avoid MrD and rather use Uber Eats or even better, order directly from the restaurant if possible.
I ordered two replacement batteries for my JBL speakers from AliExpress. While the batteries themselves were correct, the plugs were not. The original plug is 1.5 cm wide, but the replacements I received have a 1 cm plug, making it physically impossible to connect them to the speaker. The port on the circuit board is fixed, so any mismatch renders the battery unusable. I contacted the seller with detailed photos and videos explaining the issue. After several days, the seller acknowledged their mistake but only offered a 50% refund or suggested that I disassemble the battery and solder on a new plug myself. This is unacceptable! I reported the issue to AliExpress, providing ample evidence, including photos with measurements and a video. Despite this, AliExpress stated that my proof was insufficient for a refund. My initial report vanished without feedback. I submitted another report (ID: 1143802794882327) but still received no response. It has now been over a week since my first report, and AliExpress has shown no interest in resolving the issue. They appear to be looking for reasons not to issue a refund. Additionally, shipping practices on AliExpress are problematic. They charge excessive shipping fees and don’t allow combined shipping for multiple items from the same seller, yet often ship them together in one parcel. This is poor practice and reflects badly on their business model. I have lost all faith in AliExpress and will NEVER purchase from them again. For a better experience, consider shopping on sites like Temu instead.
