Unfriendly and impolite cashier. On numerous occasions, I have experienced impolite and poor service from cashiers at Checkers Rosebank Mall. I often use Checkers in the LXX centre. The staff there is SO much better - friendly and polite. This morning, the casheir no 7 Mikateko Valentine Hlungwani was rude and impolite and should receive some training. Client service is welcome to call me for more details.
I ordered an item in the morning and expected delivery was indicated between 2-3 days. The item arrived at my door a few hours!! later! Incredible! SUOER fast! Well done Makro! Keep up this level of service!

War running along Jameson Avenue in Birdhaven at 6h45. A Bolt Lite (Small Car) skipped a stop street on cnr. Jellico and Jameson Ave. with even slowing down. Very risky and unsafe driving!
On 22 August, I called Nedbank Investments and notified them that my statements were sent to an old and incorrect email address. I requested that my statements be sent to my new email address. I was assured that this would be corrected immediately. Ref No: 114 291621 Today I once again received the statement below at the incorrect email address!
I called Nedbank Help Desk to ask for assistance. I was logged in on my laptop, i.e. NOT banking app. I ask to be shown where I could view, and change if needed, the monthly transfer between my Optimum account at my Money Trader account. Sonia Adams did not know where this setting was and had to put me on hold for MANY minutes while she had to try and get the information from Ziningi Dlamini, who was also unable to provide an answer. I was kept on hold for many minutes every time that Sonia consulted with Ziningi Dlamini. I just could not wait any longer because I was on the line for close to 30 minutes. I still have not been assisted with an answer. I am expecting somebody who knows what is what on the website to get in touch with me and resolve the issue.
I took my Garmin watch to the service centre because it was no longer charging. I received excellent service at the service centre. The technician immediately noticed that it was not the watch, but the charging cable. He gave me not just one but two new charging cables! What exceptional service! Thank you!
I saw an item advertised for R295 on the Gift Guide website and enquired about availability. A quote came back, and the price was suddenly increased to R699! Not good business practice at all. Be careful before placing any order. Prices seem to be changes withing hours!
I was at the Montagu store in Killarney this morning, 2 May. The lady that was working today needs much more training. She was busy on her phone that was playing loud music when I was walking in. She at least turned it off but was not friendly nor polite. No please and thank you etc. I have been there a week ago and there was much friendlier and polite person on duty.
