I bought A5 Lino sheets x 5 at PNA Mall of Africa and we only used 2 sheets and I went to PNA Raslouw Centurion to return what was not used only to be told I must return them at the store I bought them from, It's the first I have heard of such. If I am from Limpopo and bought a product in Gauteng, I must drive all the way back to return it. The manager was not even interested, and he said this with a straight face and nowhere in the receipt and upon purchasing this was mentioned.
I bought a Tobi Platinum steamer a few years back and hardly even used it…. So all of a sudden it just stopped working, I then took it to your repair center in Centurion Mall. A few days later, I received a call that they don’t have the parts for the steamer to fix it. So what is suppose to happen to a R2000 purchase that was used not more than 10 times? Or is this a plan by Verimark for consumers to buy new machines? I am quite upset about this….
Sooo, I am quite irritated with Capitec. Your Consultants are very unprofessional. Upon my calling it seems the lady (Nwabisa) was sleeping and their was TV background sounds and she transferred or cut me off while I was talking to her ( bad telephone etiquette) I have a funeral Policy with Capitec and one of the dependent unfortunately passed on (Unfortunately this happened before the 6months waiting period had ended) they removed the individual from the policy but to my shock on the 1st they deducted the premium including that person and now your consultants are sending me from pillar to post (needless to say they don't even know the content of the funeral agreement that customers sign, as I asked them to send me where it stipulates where I am still liable to pay even after someone is deceased) this is quite embarrassing. I am really not sure if I made the right decision in taking this cover as your staff has no clue what to tell clients for that matter. No one in their right mind will also pay for someone who is deceased it really doesn't make sense.

Hi i ma quite unhappy with FNB, I have a cheque account with FNB and a Business Account....i called fnb wanting to close my my Flexi account and i failed the fica verification because they captured my business address as my physical address. Now my Cheque account statements come with the correct address and my Business account statements come with the correct business name. As too who instructed FNB that my Physical address is my business address i have no clue, when i did the varification this morning i gave my physical address and they told me its incorrect and they comfirmed that the address given for my business is captured as my physical address. I am now required to go tp the branch to resolve a mistake i did not do and no one can assist me over the phone. This is clearly an inconviniece on my side.

An amount of R2938.11 went off my check account with out anyone calling me and discussing this with me, the same thing happened in december where R1200 was deducted. This is all money from Bank charges from a closed platinum account and i left enough money for my debit orderes now FNB decided on their own without discussing with me to take almost R3000 from account without any communication. i am really not happy with this!!!

On the 07 December 2016, i went for shopping at Makro woodmean and to my horror the store had kats running around the store an di am extremly terrified of kats and my shopping experience was cut quite short due to this. When i asked the staff they said they have them due to rats in the store, is their no other way you can get rid of the rats? except having kats in the store?

Hi,

I did purchases of R1300 at pick n pay lifestyle and only to be told the Stikeez are out of stock and Management will not be taking names of customers. This is quite unfair as I drove all the way to do groceries at pick n pay and left all other competitors so I can get Stikeez.

Funny enough I bought coldrinks from Pick n pay hillcrest, Pretoria this morning they had them in-stock. They even confirmed they where out of stock and went to fetch from other branches that had. Why does Pick n Pay lifestyle not going the extra mile for their customers like other pick n pays.
