I have never been so frustrated in my life as of this last week trying to sign up with oneplan car and household insurance. I thought by myself I have health insurance let's try the car insurance but the frustration in dealing with customer care took it to a whole new level. I am suppose to upload images of my car and household on the app but try explaining to the customer care center that the app doesn't allow me to do it is a task in itself. The more I say it's not allowing me the more they sending information on how to do it. Why aren't they not listening on what the customer are saying.. I sidder to think how the claim process is going to be. Is it worth it I am asking myself
Very unhappy at the moment. Not given correct information regarding my claim. And now my claim are rejected and must pay it myself after I have asked about funds available. Why are people in positions but can't do the job properly.
Really frustrated about the selfie taking that doesn't work. Everytime it's a issue. Even if one have tried all the trouble shoot options the selfie still cant verify. Show an error.
The standard bank at three rivers branch is the most pathetic bank ever. The personnel is beyond useless. They can't provide you with any help. They just say they can't assist. If one wants to speak to the manager the person is never there. They are unfriendly. How can they work in a bank but can't provide you with information concerning the app. They can't even help link your account. They don't even try to help. Please put people in positions that can do the work. Really beyond frustrating. Going to take away all my account and my investment.
I am very frustrated with oneplan. I have cancelled my pet Miley's policy after I requested a quate for my other dog Ripley but it was to expensive so on WhatsApp and on a call from the cancellation department I said I don't want to add Ripley and now they have added him after I said no I don't want him on my policy. I really are so mad.
Just joined outsurance went online and they phoned me right away. Personnel was very friendly.
Just would have liked a bit more discount for adding a second pet. A bit expensive
I had a terrible experience so far. .. I ordered a package from temu they was suppose to deliver it. They send a delivery message the package never came. According to temu application the package was given to wrong delivery guy and sent it back. Tried to contact them, They don't answer their Whatsapp, emails or even phone calls. According to temu, Now the package is back at jhb warehouse and still no delivery attempt. This is the worst delivery service ever..
<div>What can i say so far i am not impressed with the service at temu, specially the delivery service buffalo international they use. No one is answering calls, whatsapp or even emails. Temu also just say call buffalo to assist. You pay your order then they say free shipping but then there is tax and duties to be paid before delivery but even when you pay it no one can assist in clarfying whether they received it even after one upload the proof of payment their is no response from them.. and if they reply on hellopeter they just say "we understand your frustration" but still nothing is done.</div>
Absolutely fabulous products. Although its pricy the quality is outstanding. The rebounders are strong and beautiful. All kinds of diffent accessories and rebounding programs to choose from.. awesome free online classes from top class instructors.
