I im really disappointed at sasolburg Debonairs for the bad,disappointing and dissatisfied service, i bought my pizza at 9:00 online, i was told at 10:30 my pizza will be ready, i went, drove there from work for collection, i waited there until 11:00 without my oder, i then decided to drive back to work, i didn't receive any oder or call then they call me at round about 13:10 that my oder is ready, by that time i already ate, bought food at the trust worthy food chain, i really hate Sasolbug debonairs, they should have told me there busy i wont be able to get my oder that was gonna be fine, now they said my oder will be ready at 10:30 now i must be happy that my oder was only ready at 13:10 from 9:10 when i ordered, these is not a nice experience at all, i wouldn't recommend anyone to debonairs, i think they must stop selling online, and the other thing you can't use vouchers over the counter it can only be done online and stuff has a bad attitude towards customers
I had a bad experience with telkom,I have been a loyal customer to telkom for very long ,on Monday around 14:20 I j received a call from telkom sales person selling 24month fiber deal ,I was interested,I asked for several times that since I have 24month wifi contract with telkom that expires on July 2021 am I going to be charged cancelation fees and she said no I asked again whether she's surely im not gonna pay penalties for early cancelation and she said no now yesterday when I call again I was told I have to pay cancelation fees if I cancel the wifi deal I had,now I really fail to understand how is telkom conducting business,I'm really disappointed,worse part is that I didn't call in she is the one that called,because I was waiting for my contact to finish so I can move to fiber,but she called and wasted my precious time and energy
These is the mssege i have sent to smr security :Is it fair for someone to pay for something that doesn't work and if you request the contract it can't even be sent to you, according to my knowledge your my problem started with your technician stating that the system will be fixed in your own expense that was before i even signed the contract, now im the bad person, how on earth do one pay for something without the benefit worse is not working,they have broke in without any intervention from you guys now, please tell me what are guys expecting me to do to, i really fail to understa

<p>I have been a loyal customer for close to 2 years if not more,last year I had a data sim contract (my giga 20) with them,I was paying R200 permonth for 20gig of data that was my contract with cell c.after the contract has expired they called after few month asking me whether to keep the contract as it is for another year,I told them aslong as everything stays the same ,i receive my 20gig i dont have a problem at all,that was the agreement between me and cell c,after a month I received 10gig of data,I called them and ask, I was told that's the contract I choose from them ,I said to them that they can trace back my call since they are recoded then they will hear that I didn't choose what they gave me,after that my SIM was always off line,no network at all,i called again and i was told i have to buy a new sim and do sim swap and that was not my problem ,last month I ddnt even use the data dure to the sim off line but they still withdraw the money from my Acc ,when i want them to cancel my contract with them I was told I'm going to pay for another month's </p>
