Trying to submit claims to sizwe via claims e-mail seems to be impossible since they went into administration. Claims does not get logged on MEMBER PORTAL . Does not get acknowledged by means of a return REFERENCE number and when doing a telephonic enquiery customer support says they cannot look for claim without REF NUMBER??? I think it is all a **** to avoid processing /paying claims. Customer service always suggest a different e-mail OR re submission with exactly the same result.
While shopping decided to add two plastic funnels from automotive section priced at R25. When checking out I noticed one funnel scanned at R25 and the second scanned as a TRAVELING JUG for R99. Pointed this out to cashier who then proceeded to tell me the two items are different because they have different codes on them ???? Eventualy she mumbled something about MANAGER and left with the two identical funnels in hand. After waiting ,for what felt like a lifetime I abandoned all items at the CASHIER and went in search for another hardware store
PITTY A LOWER THAN 1 STAR NOT AVAILABLE Ordered 4000 bricks ONLINE from builders warehouse ROBINDALE on the 24/05/2023 and paid online On the order it was stated that they have no stock and delivery would be on the 12/06/2023. Rceived a phone call 2 days later to confirm that they will order and deliver in 19 days. As no delivery was done on the 12/06/2023 I started calling on the 13/06/2023 and it soon became clear that no stock had been ordered although nobody would admit to it. From here on the promises of return calls started , yet I always had to phone back AND often had to start the whole saga all over. RECEIVED a call late afternoon on the 13/06/2023 enquiring regarding the colour of the bricks ?? YET there is a clear product code and description attached to the order as per their WEBSITE as well as a picture of these bricks ON THEIR WEBSITE I phoned again on the 14/06/2023 around 11h00 and was promised a call from area manager regarding a new delivery date as he was in a meeting ) Must be a very long meeting as at 14h25 still no call and I am holding my breath. All I need to know is when will they deliver ???? OR should I take my business elswhere
I did an online contract upgrade a week ago . Agent got most delivery details wrong DELIVERY ADDRESS as well as CONTACT DETAILS ???
Took almost 45 minutes to terminate a month to month service. Agent was only interested in selling me a another service contract, was constantly put on hold, had to constantly repeat cellphone number to be terminated. After a lot of frustration I was informed service will be cancelled and will receive e-mail to that effect , ??? STILL WAITING
SAMSUNG dishwasher door counter balance cord broke. Nobody seems to keep parts for SAMSUNG and there customer care department only wants to log a callout. So if you are a DIY person avoid SAMSUNG appliances
Have been trying to contact customer service for days. There seems to be no end to their answering machine recording, Left a contact number as suggested by MACHINE but two days later no response. Maybe it is an indication to avoid this company for any form of bussiness
