NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE SUNDAY TIMES
I AM A FULLY PAID SUBSCRIBER OF THE SUNDAY TIMES. I WANT TO PRINT THE PUZZLES PAGE SO THAT I CAN DO THE PUZZLES BY HAND DURING THE WEEK. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO THE PUZZLES ONLINE ON THE E-EDITION. I HAVE EMAILED [email protected] three times and have not received any response. I have phoned the Customer help desk twice and have been told that my question does not form part of their job description. I feel that I am being short-changed as I cannot fully enjoy all the parts of the newspaper that I have paid for.

Sunday Times Northcliff Rounds
Sunday Times has the worse delivery services in Northcliff. if it's raining forget about your Sunday paper. you will receive a Newspaper that's wet. Try complaining to the Distributions Manager who is never available to take calls. Why can't the paper be delivered in a plastic sleeve when its raining?

Sunday Times wrote an article about me. Everything in that article was false and very damaging.It was 2nd page huge headlines.They amended it partly with a very small block bottom of page. Dear Naomi, I don’t think you understand, your production problems don’t have anything to do with customer, the customer went to buy a newspaper and when he got home he found he had half a newspaper, he went back to the Shell Garage and they could not refund him as the tiller had no authority. He went back the next day and spoke to the manageress who also said she could not refund me and said I must take it up with the Sunday times. Do you understand now that the customer needs an apology !!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Naomi, I don’t think you understand, your production problems don’t have anything to do with customer, the customer went to buy a newspaper and when he got home he found he had half a newspaper, he went back to the Shell Garage and they could not refund him as the tiller had no authority. He went back the next day and spoke to the manageress who also said she could not refund me and said I must take it up with the Sunday times. Do you understand now that the customer needs an apology !!!!!!!!!!!

Two whom it may concern. On the 25th Feb I went down to the Shell Garage at 180 Florida Rd to pick up the Sunday Times and the Sunday Tribune. After leaving the store and driving home I noticed the Times paper only had two sections to it and returned to the store and questioned the lady for a refund as the other ten times the shelf where short and exactly the same. I then asked for a refund from the till and got the answer the tiller was unable to. I then back this morning and got the same answer, and was told to phone On The Dot, whose phone don’t answer and I don’t talk to answering machines. The next battle was trying to phone Sunday times , after three attempts got hold of a person who tried to fog me off as this is not there responsibility. This same news paper writes about poor service!!!!!!!!! Lets see how this get resolved. Expect a call from HELLO PETER SHOCKING MARK HALL 0823710105

Subscribed to print edition in mid July. They’ve invoiced me and taken my money, but have NEVER delivered my print copy! Emailed them … called past few weeks in a row … and still nothing. Called this morning AGAIN, they’re still confused … but glad to take my subscription payments.
