We bought tickets for the 22nd of April 2026 evening concert of Bryan Adams at Grand West Casino. We paid almost R8000 for two tickets sitting in ROW B seats 10 and 11. This is the second row from the front. We choose to sit as close as possible as there were none golden circle tickets for the show indicating thus that it would be only seating. As the show started lots of people from behind came to the front and filled all the space between the seats and the stage. It is unacceptable as we paid good money to be in the front with a clear view which was then blocked completely. None of the staff present did anything to move the people back to the areas where they bought tickets. It seems that it is right that you can buy a cheap seat ticket and when the show start you run to the front and block other people's views. If this is correct and acceptable for you then this will be the last show that i have attended from you. In order to watch the show, we actually had to stand. I have laid two complaints on their website and have received no feedback at all.
We have send several emails to JC Le Roux as well as to Heineken Beverages consumer complaints and have received zero feedback from them. We have had numerous cans of JC Le Roux Sauvignon Blanc with sedement inside and I have written 3 emails, phoned them and zero response.
Please be aware of these people, once you have paid you can't get hold of them. Their phone just rings and they don't reply to your emails. Still waiting on delivery but i am sure that it is not going to happen.
The worst company to deal with, rude people putting down the telephone in your ear a few times. I ordered a Service using their online application and map to say it is available. I paid the deposit to make sure the order gets done asap. 10 Days later I connect with them via WhatsApp to find out where my order is just to find out they have no service available. It is not just false advertising but also ***** to take money for something you are not providing. Then I phone them just to have the phone put down in my ear twice. They are totally unprofessional. Will not recommend them at all.
DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL PAY AND GET NOTHING. THEY DONT RESPOND AND YOU CAN"T GET HOLD OF THEM. THEY DO NOT DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS AT ALL.
If you are interested in getting a reliable service provider forget about Webafrica. If you want to no service then i suggest you contact them. Sorry you wont be able to do that. You can phone them and hold on for 2 hours or you can make use of their WhatsApp help which is just as bad. Guys when you provide a service please do it and check it yourself. It is frustrating to get anyone to talk to. But if you push for sales your call is immediately answered. So obviously they are only sales driven and feel zero for customer service. I applied well in advance for an activations as well as a router. Line is active but router is still not with me. It is today the 7th yet they couldn't get that right but billing started already. Your customer service is non existing.
If you consider sending anything with Courierit i would suggest DONT! The lack of customer service as well of delivering on time is a disgrace. The staff is unhelpful and to ask that someone phones you back is a waste of time. They are extremely busy and cannot do all the deliveries. When your service levels drop you either employ more staff or you take on less. Not these guys they would still take on more and more. One wonders are they motivated by GREED because it isn't customer service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is hopefully being delivered Today. Nobody contacts you to say we are unable to deliver as to the sms they send. You sit at home waiting for these idiots.
I cannot believe the non service Nissan and Infiniti South Africa give their customers. They do not lock services cannot give you a list of when your vehicle was at a specific dealer for repairs. You cannot complain about their service because there are no service. People promise sending you details which you never get. <br> <br> My daughters vehicle was service at LIONEL Motors Rustenburg on 15 and 30 000km, it also went in 4 to 5 times for other stuff. They can only show me the 30 000km service the rest they cannot show. Now that the aircon needs replacement under guarantee they cannot do it because they cannot trace the 15 000km. <br> <br> Case numbers and everything but nobody can take action, they are useless. <br>
