INFINITY GROUP COMPANIES
Based on recent customer reviews, Infinity Group Companies is the subject of overwhelmingly negative feedback from customers across South Africa. A recurring theme is customers paying upfront for solar panels, lithium batteries, and related equipment, then receiving no delivery and no refund. Customers consistently mention unreachable contact channels, dead email addresses, unanswered WhatsApp numbers, and a listed business address that appears to be a virtual office. Several reviewers report opening cases with SAPS, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, and bank cyber crime units, alleging fraudulent conduct.

Seems I should have done a bit more research before ordering as there is not a single good review about these *******. Their website has been taken down twice for *****ulent business. Unfortunately for me I ordered a solar panel right in between the two take down. Needless to say, lots of empty promises and still nothing. No there is zero coms

Thewe ****** took money for lithium batteries and failed to deliver them. They are NOT located at the address pm their invoice and on CIPC which is actually a Regus office – a virtual and physical supplier of office spaces – Building Address Westway Office Park Durban Westville 3629. Their MD is Michael Maritz: ID 851008 who does not live at his listed address in Amanzimtoti - the landlady advises that numerous sheriffs have attempted to lodge legal notices on him but he left three years ago. He need to be locked up in jail and the "business" - a **** - closed down
