We bought tickets for the 22nd of April 2026 evening concert of Bryan Adams at Grand West Casino. We paid almost R8000 for two tickets sitting in ROW B seats 10 and 11. This is the second row from the front. We choose to sit as close as possible as there were none golden circle tickets for the show indicating thus that it would be only seating. As the show started lots of people from behind came to the front and filled all the space between the seats and the stage. It is unacceptable as we paid good money to be in the front with a clear view which was then blocked completely. None of the staff present did anything to move the people back to the areas where they bought tickets. It seems that it is right that you can buy a cheap seat ticket and when the show start you run to the front and block other people's views. If this is correct and acceptable for you then this will be the last show that i have attended from you. In order to watch the show, we actually had to stand. I have laid two complaints on their website and have received no feedback at all.

I wish i could give this no stars! I went to Chris Brown on 14 December 2024. the guy at the bar told me that my drinks is R129. However he charged me R1290. He acknowledge that his is new and i need to email for a refund but why is no one replying to me. I would like my R1000 refund and no receipt was provided to me because a Yoco machine was used. this is unacceptable!

The Robbie Williams Calabash event at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg (scheduled for the 18th of January) was cancelled. I received notification of the cancellation by email from Big Concerts International on 9 October 2024 stating that I would automatically be refunded and that it would take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect. Thereafter, I received an email from Ticketmaster on 10 October 2024 again stating that I would be refunded for the Park and Ride facilities and that it would similarly take up to 10 days to be refunded. On the 25th of October I raised a ticket with Ticketmaster support asking for an update when I would be refunded. I received a response from "Cynthia" stating the following: "Our payment acquirers have confirmed that all refunds have been processed and as the refunds were done in bulk batches there is no POP we can provide you....Please review your latest bank statement to see if the transaction is listed there, in some instances it does not appear on your online transaction report." Clearly the response above was a lie as I received an email on the 29th of October 2024 stating that Ticketmaster was unable to refund me as the encrypted card payment tokens had expired after 180 days. I was asked to complete my banking details so that I could be refunded by direct bank transfer. It is now the 4th of December and I have still not received my refund. Big Concerts International owes its customers a duty of care to ensure that they are refunded timeously by Ticketmaster which is their business partner. They cannot simply 'wash their hands' of the whole debacle. If they value their customers then they should intervene to ensure that they are timeously refunded.

Robbie Williams Tickets bought for 18 January 2025, concert moved from Calabash to Time Square, was advised a refund will take 10 working days, this was on 9 October 2024, we are now 24 working days later, still no refund. Unacceptable, cannot find an email address to enquire, tried though Ticketmaster, no luck. I am very unhappy with how this has been dealt with.
