Rain is selling us lies. I bought their unlimited R479 product which is a pay as you use service as they advertise it. In February I was told I owe R1000 whereas we didn't use their services. This month again I'm being billed R1854.00 when I query it they give a totally different story from what they sold us.
I booked the brittania for a weekend and I wasn't happy with their hotel which resulted in a cancelation. I was charged R1800 which I did not mind and was owed R3400.00. The manager asked my account number as they are responsible for my refund. When I left to book elsewhere they said they will pay my refund via eft which they did not. The following morning I called them and the Indian lady who spoke to me was rude and told me their hotel won't refund me as they are not responsible for it. Bookings.com emailed me saying the hotel is responsible for the payment. I have been scammed by this hotel and I want my money back.
Hi I ordered a rain simcard the week before last, it finally arrived via takealot.com, I tried to activate it and it kept refusing, eventually yesterday 03 May 2020 it started the activation process, on their site it says I only need proof address and my ID document for the RICA process, unfortunately for me Ive been asked for facial recognition which I've been doing for the past 24hours ad it is not working. My account was debited but the support centre is not assisting me till now. I keep logging complains but no response as yet.
Hi, I had a problem with my ex stalking me, using my Cartrack App to track me where ever I went. At some point I started feeling uneasy and unsafe due to knowing that he is a violent person, which was the reason i left to begin with. I contacted Cartrack about my problem and they did their best to assist me. My tracker account was in my ex's name, and he was refusing to cancel it. But Shaakir Joseph one of Cartracks best consultants went out of his way to make sure that I got outstanding assistance. He managed to change my details within a small space of time as he understood the depth of my problem. I'm really grateful for all the assistance follow up emails and calls I received from Shaakir and his team. thank you once more.
Im so disappointed in the service i got from SAPS. I got to my flat at 7am security and i had a brief argument about something he didn't do right and he was blaming me. He ended up shoving me and calling me a prostitute. I called for help 07:57 and was told officers are coming. I waited till 10am for them outside my flat. I tried calling in between and was told that i have to wait in queue like i do at the bank. From there they kept hanging up. At 10:30 i walked to John voster and when i got there 2 female constables were sitting chatting they assisted me 15mins after their chat asking me what i want. I told them i want to open a case for assault and intimidation the lady got up and handed me a paper told me 2 give my doctor to fill in and come back. I asked for advice on defamation of character she laughed along with her colleague and told me when my doctor is done then i should come back. My life is threatened and my question is should i be in a morgue before im taken seriously or should I have bruises 1st. I want to take this matter forward but i cant do it without opening a case. If anything happens to me will the state take fault for it. Will they take care of my kids?
I'm so disappointed with the service I received from Ashley. She let me stand there, didn't bother calling me so I get served. She didn't greet me, I had to greet 1st even with that I got no response. I ordered my food n paid for it, then she hands me my card and stares at me. I had to ask how long I will wait for my food and the attitude I got from her was disgusting. I thought all debonairs had the same service. I'm truly disappointed and unhappy about how she treated me as a customer. Please train all your employees in the same way in order for us to receive the same customer service.
