AMAZING service, my products left JHB late afternoon and was delivered to Strand the next morning at 9h15. These guys know how to do this. We'll done to The Courier Guy.
First they supposedly send my parcel to the wrong depot, then promised to deliver it the following day. I stayed late after work waiting for it, never arrived. Now another day of waiting, 20 minutes on the phone, from pillar to post, even spoke to the driver, still no package. I contacted the business that used them to ask that in future all my packages be sent with another courier. Fastway is utterly useless and their name completely inappropriate - the slowest half dead turtle will beat then in a heartbeat.
Bought a ticket for an online seminar but never received the link to join. Contacted them for assistance, was simply referred to the organizer of the event. I could not join due to no link sent, I requested a refund but was simply ignored. I know what that is called.
I went to SPAR the second time in two weeks to specifically get Squillos. Nothing, not a single container in stock!!. This is really not acceptable SPAR, I expect more.
Great service from this parlour, a real passion for dogs with lovely products used during grooming. Doggies come hope looking and feeling great. I am a very happy customer.

I bough a special of toilet tissue - 3 pkts for R175. When I checked the slip at home I saw that I was charged for 4 pkts, so I paid an additional R64.00 for a product that I did not get. The cashier was obviously not paying attention and I have tried phoning Makro Alberton since Monday. Either no answer or I hold on for a ridiculous amount of time. There is no email address available anywhere as an alternative contact. The WhatsApp nr provided is useless too. I live far too far to drive back to the store to sort out R64.00. This is really unacceptable and leads me to wonder how many customers this happens to. Cashier service is bad and contacting them is basically out of the question, so must I just write off the money? No Makro, it does not work like this!!
I bought 2 Xiaomi Mi Boxes in Aug, from the store at MOTS. One now fails to pick up the remote, so it cannot be used. I was informed by the store that they will not help me and I must contact Xiaomi direct. I then mailed their customer service, mail was returned as undeliverable. I then contacted their holding company, Massmart, and they did not even bother to respond. I spent R1500 on a piece of equipment that is now useless, 7 months down the line, and the company that should honour their product warranties refuse to communicate. Unacceptable!!!
Made a booking and paid for a guest house in Caoe Town in Oct, for 17 Feb 19. Received both email and SMS confirmation, up to the day before. When arriving at our destination we were denied access as we had no booking. We had to hang around Cape Town for two hours with nowhere to go while another agent tried to secure an alternative guest house, which we had to pay more for through no fault of ours!!. I tried to phone Lekkeslaap twice during this time and there was simply NO answer. How unproffessional. Two weeks later and not a single communication fom our booking agent, Mark, no attempt to even apologise. I will NEVER make use of this company ever again, my future bookings will go through Booking.com.
Placed an online order at 18h11 and received confirmation via SMS and email. They store claims they knew nothing of this order and an hour and 20 minutes later, I still have not received my order.
