My Name is Daniel Mbedzi, I have an account with Dion Wired, I call on Monday 2023/07/31 and request for the letter that says my account is up to date, and they advised that it only takes up to 48 hours to get the letter, I called on Tuesday to do the follow up, still there was nothing I then call on Wednesday they advise that they sent the letter to the incorrect email, I provided them with the correct email address even today I didn't receive any letter, today(Thursday) I call and requested for the letter they said to me that they have send a request for the letter, I then ask to speak to the Manager, I hold and hold for 30 minutes I hang up and phone again looking for Manager, then they advise that the Manager is busy he/she will call me back. I haven't received the call till now. This is really pathetic service, can someone attend to my request urgently?????

Rcs, deon wired and game run by scamers i finished paying my account months ago this morning i get a debit order coming from my account For R300 tried calling the customer service number no help here was looking tru my spam box saw you people are charging me for items someone purchased from pick n pay on my old account You people are scamers its been a more than a week after logging a fraud case via your system and sent tru the necessary documents no you have marked my credit score with a non payment. i havent used that card in years so someone inside your company is makeing duplicates fo customer cards. i will make a complaints until this gets resolved. ths month im charged R600 for something I didn't buy its been 2 months where i have to pay for crime rcs is doing absolutely nothing to sort out this situation

We’ve had such a horrible experience at Game store (Greenstone Mall). My husband and I bought a JBL sound system at Dion wired some time last year, the sub woofer is no longer connecting to the sound bar. We took it to Game store (Greenstone Mall) since it took over Dion wired since lock down. We were told they can’t keep the system, they’ll contact us during the course of the week once they have retrieved the final purchase receipt as we lost ours, this was on the 1st of November. No one bothered to contact us, my husband decided to call them on the 5th to follow up on our enquiry, he was told they will call him back and let him know when to bring the system back in store for repairs, It’s been over a week now and no one has bothered to call us back. The sound system is still within it’s warranty of four years therefore I see no reason why we not getting any assistance, their service is really horrific I don’t see us purchasing anything else from their stores. This a whole situation is really frustrating.
