Beware of Uber Easts ********* **** tactics to get you signed up to a recurring uber one subscription which offers NO benefits. Basically they trick you to sign up and then deduct money every month from your credit card which can often go unnoticed. Compnaies that have to behave like this to take advantage of consumers can not be trusted and should not be supported.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COURIER AT ALL COSTS, THEY CHARGE COURIER RATES BUT GIVE YOU POST OFFICE DELIVERY TIMES, OTHER COURIERS TAKE A FEW DAYS TO DELIVER ARAMEX TAKES 3 WEEKS. THEIR STAFF ARE ALL RUDE, DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, DO NOT REPLY TO QUERIES AND JUST MAKE FALSE PROMISES TO GET RID OF YOU. DISGUSTING IS THE ONLY WORD I CAN USE TO DESCRIBE THEIR SERVICE!!!
<p>What is happening with my international parcel, it has been in JHB for a week now. NO COMMUNICATION AND POOR SERVICE!!! The day it arrived I supplied what was required. Judging by the reviews ARAMEX has to be hands down the works courier is SA. And dont try and blaim customs, I use DHL, TNT, and a few others, parcels HAVE NEVER EVER sat for more that a day. ABSOLUTLY PATHETIC SERVICE and I would NEVER EVER recomend using ARAMEX!!!</p>
<p>CourierIT has to be the worst courier to deal with, there is absolutely no urgency with them to deliver and their attitude stinks.</p> <p>If you plan to use them to receive an overseas parcel for you STAY CLEAR. I received a parcel other day, Customs VAT was R169. CourierIt charge R250 customs clearance fee and they charge a further R159 disbur*****t fee. When I asked what it was for it was told it is their charges to receive the parcel and to pay SARS. So they will charge you R250 + R159 fee to pay your money accross to SARS, even if what you owe SARS is R1 CourierIT will charge a further R250 + R159 as their fees.</p> <p>Professional couriers like DHL and TNT charge R150 Clearence fee and that is it no other so called disbur*****t fee to process an EFT. Bottom line if you want to be robbed and mugged in the comfort of your lounge then use CourierIT.</p>
<p>I received multiple international parcels in Dec, the parcels had been carefully slit open on the side and items stolen out, they were then carefully resealed with normal clear box tape. When you inquire at the post office or send messages to customer services they just laugh it off and say this happens every day. If you read the comments on SA Post Office Facebook site and here on Hellopeter it is abundantly clear the unabated rampant theft going on at the SA Post Office of customers belongings. Secondly international mail is taking over 2 months to arrive sometimes 3 months, it is trackable from the supplier to JHB Int Mail Centre then it just sits there being tampered with by dishonest staff. I have also lost all respect for their CEO making blatant -lies in the media how parcels are being delivered and support from the public is returning what utter BS, the CEO should be ASHAMED OF HIMSELF but then again what people would not do for money</p>
Say away from UPS they are useless, you pay high rates and all you get is bad attitude and late delivery. Tabaseng calls me for my ID to clear a parcel I told her that more than likely she would need my import number and that is they dont accept the ID she should call me back immediately. Well guess nobody bothered to call or tell me that my import number was required so I assume all is ok. Over 5 days later no parcel has arrived so I have to call back only to find out the parcel is on hold I then get attitude from another UPS member saying it is my fault. DISGUSTING ATTITUDE.
Stay clear of this useless company. Their service is an utter disgrace. Second parcel of mine now delayed. Almost 2 weeks and not delivered locally!!! WHERE IS PARCEL 40049769012 They keep you holding for ages on the telephone. DISGUSTING!!!!!
FIX YOUR ONLINE TRACKING IT HAS BEEN OFFLINE FOR OVER A WEEK. WAS TOLD BY YOUR SAPO STAFF THAT IT IS DELIBERATELY OFF TO HIDE THE FACT THAT NO PARCELS ARE MOVING, WHAT A JOKE STRIKE, DISHONEST, ETC ETC ETC AGAIN WAITING WEEKS FOR PARCELS. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
