NO SPAR LOW FAT 2L MILK AT SPAR MOSSEL BAY
We had a horrible experience at Garden Route Mall on Thursday, 14 March 2024. It was only me and my husband in the movie and before the movie ended the light switched on and the theater was enlightened, the price you pay for a ticket and not the have the full experience is just awful and very costly for us. The manger after complaining was only concerned that I took a video as evidence, as I am not allowed to take a video and not really attending to my complaint. I took a ten second video as proof that the lights were on, that's it.

I have purchased and paid for 2 x make up bags on the 9th if June 2022, that was advertised in Facebook. Now on the 16th of July 2022. I have not received my purchase . No one has contacted me. There is actually no customer service to complain about because it is non existing.
I went to Bears, Tzaneen on Saturday and bought a base and mattress from the Branch. After choosing my base and mattress the sales lady wrote me an Customer Order for the amount or R6 600 which I proceeded to pay in full. The saleslady then told me that they will deliver my base and mattress on Saturday. After returning home the sales lady phoned me and informed me that they cannot deliver my base and mattress as I have paid R 1000 short on the price. This is not possible as I have paid what the sales lady told me. I really think this is a matter for head office to sort out but after complaining at head office they only told me to sort it out with the branch manager who is refusing to deliver my bed as they are R 1000 short in payment. I did not paid an amount I wanted to, I paid the amount that the saleslady gave me and wrote on the Customer order. In the meanwhile the saleslady changed the amount after I signed the R 6 600 amount and know they want me to pay R 1 000 more. I really think this is not fair and that head office should get involved and this mess sorted as I paid the price that was asked of me in full and now I want my base and mattress delivered to me, ASAP
I am a member for more than 15 years and I have never experience such bad service as the past 3 months. I have placed an order on 2 separate occasions. First in April and second in June and all that the agents keep telling me is "Out of Stock" or "No Stock". Seriously something is very wrong. What is going on with your stock and orders? This is really not acceptable and I refuse to be told that you do not have stock. Make a plan and get stock. I smell a rat.
I have cancelled my contract over a year ago and today this company unlawfully debited my account. I want them to explain how this is authorised and legal and I want to be refunded immediately.
<p>This company debited R399 from MY bank account via a NEADO debitorder. After many phone calls I have manage to speak to a Tamsyn at ********** 150 (an arrogant person surely not there to help complaining customers). She informed me that my husband accessed their website and because of that they are deducting MY bank account with a NEADO debitorder of R399. We are married out of community of property without ANC. She refused to speak to me as he is there client but very confienantly the debitorder is on my account.</p>
<p>On Friday they deducted via a Naedo debitorder money from my account without ever phoning me or me giving them permission. It is theft. Stopped the debitorder but believe me will go all the way to stop these thieves</p>
