I purchased 2 vouchers which I did not use and ahead of their expiration date, I emailed asking for a refund with their policy. It’s works out to upwards of R1000 and they still have not responded to a single email and I have not received any communication after all these months. The next step here is the consumer goods Ombudsman, I’m about to pull my petty Pete out here because these people are completely nonsensical!!! They have no idea what it is that I have to do to make the money that I earn and think that they can ***** it from me. NEVER!!!
I had an awesome experience with Ishmael Mohlala. He was helpful and managed to rework my premium to a figure that I was more palatable.
Received 1st Class Service from Eulendah Malatji and Elouise Mcbride. Eulendah assisted in getting my new insurance sorted while Elouise took it a step further a worked in a relatively good discount for me. I appreciate the support, level of service and just sheer excellence this morning ladies. @MomentumInsure, treasure them, they're a massive asset to your business!!!
Unresponsive, Call Centre isn't working. Cant get through to anyone. No email acknowledgement or response. Absolutely horrendous.
Don't waste your time. Most useless insurance company/underwriter I've ever seen. They go out of their way to not pay out claim.
If I could give negative stars I would. Never ever in the history of insurance have I experienced anything as pathetic as the service provided by MTN. How do they expect someone to be without a phone for months after years of paying for their insurance? I can't!!!
I went in and bought a ticket to watch the Star Wars movie on Imax. Waited in a long queue to receive my refreshments only to find out that the seat I was given doesn't exist. I've gone and wasted an hour of my life I'll never get back and all the management could do was apologisea and give me some bogus re-admission voucher. I cannot believe how badly they handled the situation after I had gone and spent so much time and effort trying to watch a movie. Thanks Ster-Kenikor Eastgate. I'm never going there again!!!
Vodacom cancelled our family account and billed us an incredible amount of money, when we tried to rectify the issue we received contrasting amounts as well as a letter from some legal organisation for an overly inflated amount. i've spent the past 2 months trying to contact vodacom as well as the lawyers to rectify the issue.<br> <br> Of which, they went and cancelled my number. I am infuriated at their level of incompetence and i'm tired of calling the useless call centre. I want to rectify this matter as well as get my number back and port it to a service provider that actually wants to provide a service to their clients!!!
