I am extremely frustrated with the consistently poor service from Makro. I have updated my contact number on your website, yet this change is clearly being ignored. As a result, every time a delivery is scheduled, the couriers are provided with my old number, cannot reach me, and the goods are simply returned. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious breakdown in your internal systems. At this point, it feels like more trouble than it is worth to do business with you. If this issue cannot be resolved properly and permanently, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
I recently signed up with Juta and received exceptional service from Karen Camberg. She remained in constant contact throughout the process, and when I required additional training, she immediately offered her assistance. I could not be happier with the level of support and professionalism provided. Highly commendable service.

The recent changes to the LexisNexis website are extremely disappointing. The previous MyLexisNexis platform was excellent, but the new site is confusing and far from user-friendly. I currently have a one-week trial with Juta, and after experiencing how much better and easier to use their platform is, I will not be renewing my LexisNexis subscription.

In June 2024, I purchased a blender. Unfortunately, it stopped working, so in January 2025, I reached out to Midea to ask if they could repair it, even offering to cover the cost. To my surprise, when I arrived home today, I found a brand-new blender waiting for me. Midea/Livance Distributors, this level of service is rare these days. I am beyond grateful—thank you so much. Wish I could give a 0. These people are dishonest. Their products are NOT from South Africa. They are merely agents for Shein/Temu and sell the clothes at inflated prices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. And if you want to return the clothes, it has to go back to China.
