"System error" = 30 days without a phone !
<p>I upgraded 1 November 2016 to a new contract, just to find out that my phone has been blocked - for some reason its in pre-legal status!<br /> <br />That essentially means that I apparently have not paid my account, yet it has been on debit order for the past EIGHT YEARS with NO payment issue !!<br /> <br />I contacted Vodacom on 4 November and after being transferred to 5 different departments having to explain my story over and over again, I was peomised that it would be rectified and that its just a system error.<br /> <br />Today is the 30th and still has NO clarity on why I am STILL in pre-legal status and my phone is still BLOCKED - no whatsapp, no phone calls nothing!! <br /> <br />Losing business by the day but still NO action from Vodacom !!!!!! I will claim every sent back, as well as the monthly subscription for absolutely NO service !!</p>

So disappointed!!
We get Toni's at-least once a week, I always order the chicken salad but every now and again I treat myself to a pizza. I despise pizzas that's basically just cheese- hence our love for Toni's! <br> <br> I ordered the Provolone pizza, which is supposed to have provolone and Gorgonzola instead of mozzarella. After picking up our pizza take away, I found that my pizza was packed with mozzarella and hardly anything else. I returned it, and was promised a new pizza with the right toppings. Unfortunately, when i got my \new\" pizza, they just slapped on some more mozzarella and Gorgonzola - making the pizza heavy, oily, salty and way way too cheesy. There was no lemon zest, as indicated on the menu, to try to cut through all the oily cheese. I have ordered this pizza before, at Rietondale branch though, so I know that its supposed to be a super light, fresh, tasty pizza. <br> <br> I am honestly so disappointed, it was a complete waste of money and kilojoules !! Shame on you Toni's! Follow the original recipes or you can just as well become a Romans franchise!!"

Horrible Stock Management
Who ever manages this branch's stock must be fired. Horrible. No surprise that they had no soda in one section, and no coke zero at all as this happens every month.

SOMEONE ELSE USING MY EMAIL ADDRESS
After phoning the call center 5 times, I give up.<br> <br> When I signed up for an FNB account, I originally used my work email address. I changed it immediately to my personal address, on all my online banking and accounts. Someone somehow got hold of my work email address and they are using it for their account, so every time they log on, I receive a notification.<br> <br> In my second attempt of rectifying this with FNB, the lady assured me that they got hold of the lady using my email address and that it will be sorted out.<br> <br> It has not been sorted out, I have phoned 3 times after that but I am giving up on FNB rectifying this - i suppose I will just have to make peace with receiving these mails.
