So after allowing my money to be taken out of my account without authentication now today I get told that the money was paid back , yet it does not show on my banking app the amount that was taken an has been removed and now Kelly tells me I must read my sms Capitec awns me. Where I have no sms from Capitec or any reflection of money paid back into my account

PayPal allowed Linktree to stole my money out of my Capitec account without authentication

So I had banking issues where I had the correct banking account with incorrect bank, was waiting for my money to be paid back in my account so that I could pay my Herotel which I did then I paid in advance, I was informed that my account was un suspended , I logged a call and I was told there box on the wall was faulty and they needed to send out a technician which they did. When the box was replace leaving it hanging from the wall and paint taken off my wall, I received a a Bill of R850 which I did not agree to it. I email Herotel. No one in any of my conversations told us that this would be a chargeable call and that we had to pay for there equipment that is faulty. And I explained the situation with the device hanging from the wall and the paint that has been taken from the wall. That was all fine until we still cannot connect we still have no internet and we are being ignored by Herotel.
Issue still not resolved disconnected again Hi We no longer have a contract with DSTV and we pay monthly, So I pay when we have money, one month and this is the month of May we had money again So I decided to use the self help by mistake the old dstv I activated why this was available on our self help only you as dstv can answer because I did not put it there Our monthly is normally R879 and R115 which is an amount of R994, when I paid I paid R1390 which was way more then my monthly, Well a very unhelpful lady Penelope was so set on proving me wrong she started her little investigation, We overpaid she told me that that was taken for the dstv that was activated on the self service for R430, which to my understanding had to be paid, we left it like that, and she told us that this has now been cancelled, Then this month came and we had money again I used the self service we had another big bill to pay of R1400 not sure of the cents, I called it and was told that amount of R430 will be reversed and I should not pay now until that is of my account, The my husband get a sms saying our service will be disconnected if we don’t pay, my husband went to the dstv office and the told him the same we need to pay R879 and R115 to be connected, I then paid. Well then he tried to take the old decoder off our account and was told that in order for that to happen we need to pay The R430 again, money we don’t have we are old people we had had no tv to watch and has paid for nothing, 2 months now we battling to take this from our account, I then called in and was told this was now only cancelled the 1 June this cannot be this has been going on since the 12th May. Still no feedback from Cell c after admitting they charge me for additional service which I never agreed to from June and trying to call me on my number they cut off
Nothing to rate cell c they insist they have send me a mail to resolve my issue they inbox me the whole time that they are going to call me back but never do still and the says they tried calling f me back but on my number they cut the service with
Unable to rate them after being in a contact for 2 years and ready to upgrade my phone was cut I had to pay R3600 this month to be told I still own another R2000 before they can reconnect my service and then speaking to a call centre agent from cell c and she advised me that from June I was billed for other services I did not request which pushed my account into arrears she cannot help me I have to call back Tomorrow but how can I with my phone being cut off. The best is this services I am being charged for does not even appear on my account how sneaky , she even said without those services cell c owns me money. I just cannot anymore I pay my account and the billing does not get correct on the next month bill. I am over cell c
