Settled account
I Settled my account with Vodacom . I went into the store . We phoned customer care . They sent me an amount to pay . I paid that amount and sent them proof . Yet I keep getting calls from VVM on behalf of Vodacom saying I need to pay 700 rand and now threatening my credit score . Why would I pay R 10000 plus and then not want to pay R 700 and after many years with Vodacom not missing a single payment and settling my account now I must be treated like a ******** ???

Settled account
I keep getting calls regarding money they say I need to pay Vodacom . I settled my Vodacom . I sent Vodacom proof and them . This is unexepytable . Why would I settle over R 10 000 and then not pay R 700 ?

Can't get ahold of them
I can not get ahold of them . I am moving end of the month and need to find out if I can move my wifi or do I need to get a new one . I get no response on WhatsApp or the app . I am 20 minutes on hold listening to music.

Cancelation
I was told I can move my account to my new address . Then I moved and was told I can any more awesome to score another payment I guess . I then cancelled my account in the beginning of December . Still have no idea if its cancelled and I asked about returning the router still no response . Origanaly I would have cancelled in November . How many months extra money will now go out of my account ?

I cancelled my contract 2 months ago . Well asked for it to be cancelled and was advised it was going to be . Yet it is not cancelled .

Not happy with app
I want to cancel a car and add a new one . There is no way on the app to do this have downloaded the app on multiple devices it does not give me the options needed . It doesnt even give me the option to cancell policy . I sit with a car on cover that i dont have and n new one thats not insured .

Got a new can and financed with Wesbank . Same bank as the previous car . Car was settled on the 5/4/2023 . Still debited the premium for old car and new car.
