I've reached out to Max law on the provided contact information to no response to date. I can't get a hold of your contact center and no process of how you will assist me has been provided. Please call me ASAP! If you are not able to assist as promised, please refund my money and cancel your debit order. You called me offering services, I didn't call you.
I have booked my phone for repairs with Telkom Mobile on the 4th of April and was advised that I will be contacted with feedback as soon as possible. The phone that is under contract with them has been with them for over a week and no call has been made to me on progress. To my surprise yesterday I get a text message stating that my phone is out of warranty and that I will receive a call shortly but here is another brand new day and I haven't received any call whatsoever. I am very unhappy with the treatment I've received from the service provider that holds the most important gadget which I need on a daily basis. My contract has not even reached a year and I'm told the phone is out of warranty when the proof of purchase clearly states that the warranty is for a year. I've been patient enough to wait fort this so called feedback and here I am still without proper feedback and no cellphone to use. This service is pathetic and if Telkom mobile waits for their customers to complain before providing good service to them, I can promise that this will be taken further.
It is with the greatest disappointment that I have to report one of my fav gadget stores Incredible Connection for a lack of assistance when needed. I purchased a screen protector not so long ago at Incredible Connection Rosebank, where I was advised it will protect my screen should it fall unless it was shattered first. When my phone eventually fell the protector came off and now my screen is left shattered. I went in store for assistance but was only quoted the repair amount and the fact that the protector was bought there was completely ignored . I wasn't even referred to a manager to give my grievance. Having purchased and repaired gadgets at this store, this is definitely not the type of service I expected. I hope this matter can be sorted, if not, a clear reason should be supplied.
