I did not even wanted to give them 1 star. That is how terrible their service, business ethics and products are. We orders wooden blinds from them for all our bedrooms. There was a price difference between wood and pvc (wood more expensive). We ordered the wood as that fitted better into the look we wanted for the bedrooms. Firstly they said it would be fitted in time. Then a day before it needed to be fitted they let us know that there is a delay at the factory because of the riots that happened 3 weeks ago. So I asked them why they didn't let me know earlier as they knew 3 weeks ago about the delay. That should have been a red flag already for me. Then 2 days after they said all is delayed my blinds suddenly popped up and they are installing. Once it was installed I had to leave so did not check all. On Saturday morning I looked at the blinds and saw it was the wrong once. Asked them to come out, but they didn't it even took them a while to reply and then they started to get rude and so unprofessional. They did not give me and explanation as to why I received the wrong blinds, why they installed the wrong blinds. They just said I am making a nuisance of myself. They then said they would refund me R1000. Not giving me a breakdown of how they got to the R1000. And thats not even close the what the difference should be between the 3 wood and 3 pvc blinds. They knew they installed a sub-par product and wrong product. They thought we would not notice. Now they keep telling me I am making a nuisance of myself and that they are praying for me. I am taking this further as they are criminals and don't want anyone else to fall for their tricks and promises. Wish I looked them up before I decided to book the blinds with them.
Bought a Cadac Grillogas Reversible Grill on Takealot. First one got delivered and the drip tray/bucket was dented and had scratches on both sides where the paint already was off. Send it back. Second one came, same thing, dents and scratches. Send it back. Third one came, same story. We then decided to phone Cadac directly and explained everything. According to them Takealot had never told them that there was any faults to their products. Spoke to Maureen and first they promised to send us a new trip tray, they were just looking for one. She said she will phone me back as all the ones in their office apparently also have dents and scratches. She never phoned me back or emailed me back. I phoned her again later the day, said she still can't find any trays/buckets. Said she will phone me first thing the next morning to let me know what they found and how they will get the new tray/bucket to me. Waited whole morning for her to phone me, no call! Emailed her, no response. Maureen and Cadac has absolutely no client service and I will not recommend anyone to buy from them. Terrible product and terrible service.
What the hell MTN!! For the second time in a row you deduct the wrong amount from my account!!! Then my bank reverse the debit order as first you deduct R28153 and then R8145!!! And my bill is suppose to be R1199!!! You guys are so corrupt and utterly incompetent. And now for the second month in a row you switch of my lines!!! What the hell!! No response from you guys, no invoice from you guys, no nothing!! I need my lines activated ASAP!!! I am gonna take this further!!!
Absolutely terrible service!!! Tried phoning you this morning, but no response. Only saying you have technical difficulties and can’t answer the phone. What the hell!! You just suspended my 2 numbers this morning. Without any reason or warning!! On 30 April you deducted an amount of R28 153 off my account when infact my bill is only R2587! Then you reverse the transactions through head office because obviously you guys made a mistake!! And now you suspend my numbers. I want this sorted out ASAP, as I am def gonna take this further. You guys are incompetent and thieves!
Terrible terrible experience in trying to upgrade my MTN cellphone contract at iStore. Apparently you guys upgraded to a new system and now phones cannot be uploaded in order to upgrade. And your MTN consultants at iStore Somerset Mall does not even know how to use your new system. It has been 2 days now and I still do not have my upgraded phone. MTN has terrible service. How do you go to a new system and then no one knows how it works?!?! Seriously how long do I now have yo wait for my phone!!
FRAUD!!! FRAUD!!! The statement I received on the 10th of Feb and the balance showing on my account now is totally different. I did not make any purchases between now and 30 Jan 2020. But still my accounts shows max out. I have tried to email Edgars, phone them message them on Facebook, but no one gets back to me. Seriously terrible service. I need this sorted out ASAP. I need my account sorted out now. I will take this further as Edgars is stealing from its clients.
I have emailed, phoned, been to the shop and up until now, no one gets back to me. I have canceled my business contract, paid the fees, sent the cancelation letter and copy of my ID, months ago... And still I get a letter stating I did not pay. I have even left a message on Hello Peter and still no response. How can such a big company have so many incompetent people working for them. And MTN just don't care stealing people's money. Who would ever choose MTN as their service provider when you receive such bad service.
I have tried to cancel my business contract for more than a month. Eventually someone came back to me with what I needed to do and the banking details for the cancelation fee. I paid the fee, send the POP with the cancelation letter and a copy of my ID. After that, NO ONE got back to me and MTN keep sending me emails stating I am behind with payments. And no one gets back to me when I send them all the proof etc. Can someone please get back and sort this out because I will take this further. Can't believe the bad service you get from MTN!!!
<p>I hav been trying for the past month to sort out our Health Returns. Last month I was told that the amount the owe us would be paid with this months Health Returns on 15/06! Guess what??!! NOthing!! And now I cannot get a response from anyone about that. I have spoken to Karebo twice and he didn't even know what I was talking about, clueless!! On Tuesday Telkom came out to install a line, in the end they did not have to,install a lone because there was one already. I then asked the technicians if the lin eis connected and ready to use, as I need to let our ISP know so that they can activate the internet. The iSP company then told me that our line is faulty, shows DN is invalled error. i then phoned Telkom and they put me through to 3 different incompetent people, no one could help me. 2 Ladies from headoffice then phoned me to ask about the line and when I told them it was faultythey almost immediately put the phone down and told me they would get back to me. As till today NO ONE has gotten back to me or fixed the line. I have to run a business, but cant start because of Telkoms incompetent people that work for them and their bad customer service. Why do we in South Africa have to put up with such bad service and incompetent people....
