My company started the finance process with Connie Mjeza. In fact, she took over someone who had left the company, and our application in the middle. Her professionalism was incredible. She kept us in the loop through the whole process. As soon as you send her a message, she is quick to respond. She is friendly and very deligent. He level of knowledge is fantastic. She gave us feedback even when there was no feedback. Because I dealt with her, you can see how this review is not entirely about AutoFin Assist. But then again, it is testament of AutoFin’s high caliber of employees. If they lose Connie Mjeza, they would have lost a diamond. Keep up the good work cc and go on to assist business to grow. You’re fantastic.

This has been a life-changing product for me. It is incredible because I walk many steps daily. I am gaining nutrition that is way above the R3 per meal. I wish more people knew about it.
On 18 December 2021, my elder aunt went into Nedbank, Tigane branch. She had received money from her home insurance to fix the damage that had occurred. She asked the teller (whom she can identify in person) to assist her in transferring R11,000 to her grandson’s account, which was to be used to pay service providers. She sat in the office and one of the bankers came in to inform her that R3,000 was withdrawn from her account at 10:34, while she sat there. She told them she didn’t make any withdrawal and they insisted that she check in her bag for the money. Being the wise and astute woman that she is, she promptly requested that they call the police. They then told her to wait while they investigated. At 11:16, they told her the R3,000 was reversed, as a “mistake” had occurred. 1 hour 22 minutes later of “investigation”, with camera surveillance to check if she hadn’t withdrawn the money at the same branch, they had discovered that she hadn’t. Our worry in this whole situation is that there is a scam at this branch, and some people may have been affected by it. My aunt was very upset and traumatized by the whole experience. Nedbank has to offer an explanation as to how money can mysteriously disappear and reappear. How many people have fallen victim to the same without reporting it? We need a thorough investigation into what has been going on over the years because we can’t in good conscience, let this go without an explanation.
I am writing this on behalf of my mother. During the lockdown, she couldn’t go to the store to pay her account as she normally did. She is in her late 60’s and obviously wouldn’t risk going to the mall by taxi. As a result, she asked me to make the payment for her online. She gave me a reference number which they had sent to her via sms. I made the payments from April to June. She subsequently received a text saying that they had made a mistake with her reference number and that they would rectify it. In the following weeks, she received harassing phone calls claiming that she was in arrears. I, her daughter, sent them proof of payment but the issue was still not resolved. She tried to explain where the misunderstanding might have occurred. The agents would hear none of it and screamed at her. They even hung up the phone on her. To avoid their indignant calls, she eventually took a taxi, risking her life, to go pay the R150 they were so desperately in need of. I am terribly disappointed in Queenspark’s collection staff. Speaking to an elderly woman the way they did was disgusting. It left my mother stressed and calling me in fear and tears. Shame on you Queenspark for not giving proper training. It was your mistake in the first place for giving the wrong reference number. Do you not have qualified people who can match it to the right account? When you see a wrongly allocated amount, where do you suppose it came from? Manna from heaven? It’s a pity I have to choose a star. If it was up to me, I would choose zero star. Rectify that account because as much as R150 is worth to you to harass an old lady, it is worth to my mom to buy bread And milk with in these trying times. We are not letting this go.
