I received telephonic assistance from Mr Sibusiso Simelane from the Parck Meadows store today and the service was beyond my expectation! He went the extra mile to assist me with my enquiry, even though the awesome jacket was sold out in their store he ensured to search for it in other store near by and contact them to set it aside for me. When he found out it's sold out there he search for it online and advised I purchase it there. Customer satisfaction 10/10! Professionalism 10/10! Thank you so much kind Sibusiso for the excellent assistance!

Now let’s speak about the incompetence and pathetic service I received at QueensPark branch at Kolonnade. A gift voucher that was bought and activated apparently cannot be used to access certain items in the store. My question is HOW? No one cared to explain how a gift voucher cannot give you access to buying something from the branch. I had to call the Headquarters/ Head Office to confirm if this is possible and I was advised that there’s absolutely no way this is possible. I was confronted by the very same *********** staff members, by the names of Makgosi Mohala who is the cashier. Don’t get me started on her very terrible attitude and lack of accountability and sympathy. Extremely ***********. Moving on to the store manager whose name is Seipati Sefako. She walks in the store with an ice cream in her hand licking her life away. What a pathetic lady who doesn’t deserve the position she holds. Her reasoning as to why I received such terrible service is extremely poor and questionable. Even a 5 year old can reason better than that. Absolutely pathetic! Ultimately my point is, STAY AWAY FROM Queens Park branch in Kolonnade. Peak incompetence and arrogance. I hope they all lose their jobs.

I paid R1600 via pay just now and I decided to return it at queenspark mall of the . They took my dress and now they are telling me that I did not return the dress. They can't even check the footage. Very painful

I bought a blouse which was quite pricey, wore it once and it looked like one of those cheap fleece tracksuits. Took it to the shop expecting at least an apology or concern for the poor quality only received a 'shame'. The manager was not even moved. It's bad enough I had long since thrown the receipts I would have demanded my money back. Not even Pep makes such poor quality clothing. The attitudes even worse

The lady in attendance - Poleng, she said her name was, wanted me to leave my Queenspark card with her and going shopping and then return for my card. She said she would take very long to login and the person who had to approve of the return was on lunch. I did not feel comfortable leaving my card with her, so I returned about 20 minutes later with the jeans and my card. No one was back from lunch and she said she would just approve of the return herself. I find that strange that she would tell me one thing and then later change her story. Her intention seems to have been to separate me from my card. I have not received confirmation of this return of a purchase from Queenspark on my phone. I tried to phone the customer care or head office, but the phone either just rings or is off. The refund invoice number is QP110-11001-1769423. Time 12:33. My card number is 6010248300001847531

Hello i visited Queenspark in Gateway yesterday 18 January 2026.I saw a dress that i liked.First of all the black staff is very unfriendly and i asked them to put it away for me to pick it up on the following day.The dress is R1.4 and i sent my son to go and pay for the dress and i was in the car .First of all they ignored him just because he's 11 and after paying for the dress ,they put it in a white cheap plastic bag the ones that cost R1.50 how can my dress was not wrapped in a decent bag..There was no explanation and no apology .I felt undermined by the lady that served me. I don't see myself buying again at Queenspark. There are so many customer friendly boutiques out there. Im am boiling
