I received telephonic assistance from Mr Sibusiso Simelane from the Parck Meadows store today and the service was beyond my expectation! He went the extra mile to assist me with my enquiry, even though the awesome jacket was sold out in their store he ensured to search for it in other store near by and contact them to set it aside for me. When he found out it's sold out there he search for it online and advised I purchase it there. Customer satisfaction 10/10! Professionalism 10/10! Thank you so much kind Sibusiso for the excellent assistance!
I wouldn't recommend any to take up a contract with Telkom. I canceled my contract online in Feb then called into their customer care line to confirm the cancelation and confirm that they will stop their benefits. I then received an email stating that I owe them for this month as they've added benefits for this month but the amount isn't what I signed up for initially. I called in again only to be told that there's no record of a cancelation.
I got assistance from a very friendly and well knowledgeable consultant Nhlanhla Nkosi, he helped me so efficiently with my enquiry. Very great service!
Yesterday I visited the Menlyn branch and I was struggling to get the ear pods which I saw online. Hennie appeared and he went over and above with assisting me in getting them, after checking on the system he realized there's the last one available and he ensured that he located it for me. I'm so grateful for the amazing service! It's great to know that I am valued as a customer.
<p>After experiencing horrible service with the cancellation of my contract Telkom has no desire in redeeming their reputation with clients. </p> <p>I called in on Saturday requesting a paid up letter and as always they have nothing but stories to tell me. 2 of their call center consultants said they'd send it to me and I'm waiting till now. I called in again today only to find that they hadn't logged a case for me to receive the document I require. </p> <p>I can't wait to have them off my bureau so I don't have to deal with this HORRIBLE HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wouldn't advice anyone to take up a cell phone contract with them because you'll be creating problems for ypurself!</p> <p> </p>
<p>I went into the branch to cancel my contract on the 8 October 2016. They said it would take 21 working days to cancel it and today is the 1 October and it's still not done. I called in a numerous times and I've requested not to be called but emailed during working hours and they still call and now I'm being told it's too late to cancel and I received the benefits for December which I need to pay for! It's rubbish service, customers don't get what they require and call center agents don't know how to do their job!!! </p>
