I was so concerned with the whole process of debt rescue. You hear horror stories. But Marlize Reynders put my nerves at ease and with her excellent help and support it has been a breeze!
Stay away from these guys they're **********. The only way you can reach them is by complaining here. They confirmed my date change for debit order. Proceeded to debit me ilon the wrong date. Had to complain here so somebody can get back to me. They did amd apologised and said I will be debited the 1st... They didn't debit me after conforming on a recorded call I will be debited the 1st. Whattsap line is horrible and calling is even worse. If you just want to be a number for your medical aid Discovery is for you but if you want good human based health care their not for you!
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a failed debit order that occurred due to what appears to be an administrative error on Discovery Health's part. I contacted Discovery Health in advance to request that my debit order date be changed from the 25th to the 31st of the month, in line with a change to my salary payment date. Despite this request, I have now received an SMS notification advising that a debit order was returned due to insufficient funds — which would not have occurred had my change request been processed correctly and timeously. This is entirely unacceptable. I acted responsibly and proactively by notifying Discovery ahead of time. The failure lies squarely with Discovery's internal processing. It is deeply concerning that the reliance on automated systems appears to be coming at the expense of actual service delivery and client care. I request the following: Confirmation that my debit order date has now been correctly updated to the 31st. Confirmation that no penalty fees, interest, or lapse consequences will be app**** to my policy as a result of this failed debit. A full explanation of how this error occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent a recurrence. I expect a prompt and substantive response to this complaint.
In a world full of AI and systems, Marlize Reynders really gave me service no AI or any system ever could. The personal touch, I thought it was missing in business. Thank you to Marlize for her quick and effective help.
Imagine turning away a customer who doesn't want to use the new machines when you buy with a card... No need to do that that is what just happened to me at Charles Street KFC. What a time to be alive, get denied human interaction because of so-called progress!
Lying *******! They lie to get your business and then ignore you. Have a look at my previous complaints and phone me. After telling me on a recording I will not pay any additional money they have increased my invoice. Totally unacceptable.
Your joke of a company has ignored my emails and calls for too long. Not even the useless people that read these HelloPeter reviews come back to you after promising they will... Just read all my other complaints! I stated to you numerous times why I will not be paying your ******** cancellation fee. This is my last contact with you! I will go out of my way to ensure nobody I know will ever use your pathetic services again!!
Check my last complaint regarding all the people who ignored me... Now ad, the HelloPeter team at ADT. After my last complaint, they phoned me and assured me they would get back to me before COB the same day! Two weeks later, and I'm still waiting!!
I received an sms stating my monthly fee will be increased. Look at my previous complaints here. I have it on recording that Phindile told me I will not be having any increase in my monthly fee. The call is there like I said numerous times go and listen to it. If you debit me more than the agreed upon amount you wil be breaking the law. As that is not the pretence I sogned the contract under. The previous clowns from Vodacom just ignored me after I told them theee facts and gave the evidence!
First they lie to get your business. Then they ignore you for weeks. Then their supervisor ignores you for weeks. Then they think they are above the laws of South Africa. Can somebody contact me who supervises the following people contact me: Tumi Xulu Tebogo Apie Nandipha Tshangela Fhulufhelo Makananisa Is this your business model ****ming people with the cancelation policiy. Just have a look gow many other people are complaing. That makes it clear to me you are either being willfully deceptive or do not have any procceses in place!!
