I contacted Discovery again on Thursday according to the lady who assisted me the money would be released into my bank account on 02 April 2026, but due to all the public holidays only reflect in my bank account on 07 April 2026, needless to say I still did not receive my payback which was suppose to be paid by the end of March. Sad to say but I have been quering my payback before the end of March and they were well aware of the delay but they did not do anything about it because they do not care at all. What should my next be? Cancel all my memberships?
Integrator payback not received at the end of March as scheduled. Received several letters confirming the payment during March 2026 but apparently they are unable to process the payment due to a double payment on there system. More than 24 hours and they are unable to resolve the problem.

Very eager to take a 50% deposit when you place an order. When your order is complete you receive a message to pay the outstanding balance. Paid the outstanding balance on 18 October still did not receive my order fully paid. Order for delivery never placed by Coricraft Menlyn.

Edgars is running a promotion on their Guess jeans currently the advert in the shop was totally misleading it says buy one ladies Guess jean for R799 and get one Guess jean free. Not stipulating what the price of the second item should be. Kedibone working at customer services went down with me to check and agreed with me. The other lady helping was very unfriendly and said she will go and ask the Manager Sonja. She said the manager said they can't give me the jean for R699 free. You only can get a jean for free if it costs R799 as well. I then went down to take a photo of the advertisement to proof to them what the advertisement says. They are misleading their customers bad bad service from Edgars Brooklyn the Manager did not even make an effort to explain anything to me regarding the promotion but she was very quick and efficient in instructing her employees to remove the. The yellow ladder was still standing on the floor what they used to remove the ad.
