MY HELL OF AN i STOREY took my watch to i store mall of Africa for an over heating issue and battery not charging to 100% level The guys booked it in at the tech bar and later the week I got a call from Tau to come collect stating watch is 100% On collecting the watch we noticed marks and scratches the watch never had on it before especially on the face / screen I brought to the attention of the store manager Sachin who would then look into while we wait . He says then firstly the tech Guy didn’t take off the screen guard to take photos of the watch condition before putting it in the envelope when we booked in so unable to determine scratches or not on the tech bar book in pictures failing due diligence,nor have the tech team marked any comment on scratches on the ticket .This watch lived in its screen cover from day 1 Then I asked so then how did they manage to grade the condition of the watch so he said - not sure but will take up with tech bar team and resolve internally . Secondly and this is really what cheesed me off is that Sachin imp**** that the watch could/may have been scratched before booked in and they they wouldn’t have known because they were to useless to take of the screen guard and check before taking pics at booking in stage lol ,The most hopeless argument ever heard ,seriously What’s even more sad is the lack of intellect, because until that point I myself was not aware that the watch was not photographed properly , nor that the scratches on the screen was never made note of on the ticket ,so i could have been shooting myself in the foot making such rash accusations in the 1st instance So lets recap...I didn’t know about any of this only after I complained about the scratches that all of this came out so… if I handed in a scratched watch initially, how stupid would I have been then to complain about the scratches that I knew were on there and with out my knowledge that the tech team failed to follow due diligence photographing and recording...Wow In all of this ,not once did I get an apology from Sachin rather an accusation that he ran through all the CCTV footage and could not pick up where his team dropped the ball or should I say the watch to become scratched. But then neither could he find the same conclusion in our favour? Then said he would have to escalate to tech manager to get feedback Feedback was that they are able to refund replace or issue gift card at my discretion and that they don't want to lose me as a customer etc. I said to him I would prefer a like for like replacement putting me back in the same position I was before the tech team dropped the ball and stuffed up my watch,simple fix your mistake Guys. Then I get a call saying that there is a starlight colour watch available, where I said it’s more feminine color and asked to continue looking for me for the same colour or more Gents like color . Today I get a call saying that there is a 8 available but I will have to pay in a difference and then went Sachin back again to discredit amounts I initially paid for the watch as he can’t get any suitable replacement for me , stating I paid so much so I would have to pay in a difference After Sachin trying to justify amounts he cant see and amounts I claimed to have paid against making me out to be a **** I said let’s forget about the replacement to another model or upgrade , get me a replacement like for like to the watch your team damaged and we walk away from the deal clean , putting me back to where I was prior to the team making ******* for me I don’t know how that’s being unrealistic but just get the watch replacement done Its already entering the 3rd week since the watch was given in we need a watch urgently, in bare minimum Sachin could have at least suggest a loaner while he is trying to source a suitable replacement, nothing... Rather accusing me and trying to be a forensic accountant for Apple Please please please fix my problem , rather istore Mall of africa problem ASAP as I will continue to escalate until I am satisfied Sent from my iPhone

Absolutely the worst customer care I have ever come across Ordered Apple Watch online last week Thursday, delivery says 3-5 days , I call to enquire today about my order tracking , so agent 1 Thabiso says to me he will call back till now now call from him received.I callback about 2 hours later agent 2 says the prefer is in processing and he see Thabiso noted same on system but failed to call to update me .Happiness, some time later agent 3 calls to tell me they accidentally took my money , confirmed my order on email let me wait for three days to now tell me that my order was accidentally sold to another customer and that I must take my refund and proverbially shuv off . I mean how does all this happen without a word to me until I decide to pickup the phone and enquire . To I store I say go take a hike I will not accept such ******* service. I don’t care where how and what gets done to resolve my query but it will get resolved.my order number is PLG49138. INVITED SHOHEB THE SALESMAN INDOORS TO SIGN ALL THE PAPERWORK AND SEND HIM OFF AS IT WAS LATE AND KNOWING THAT I COULD’NT SEE OR DO MUCH WITH THE CAR AT THIS TIME OF NIGHT. THE NEXT MORNING ALL EXCITED I TAKE A LOOK AROUND THE VEHICLE OPENING THE TAILGATE AND NOTICING IT WHEN SHUTTING THE ENTIRE BACK HONDA EMBOSSED BEADING IS LOOSE ALONG WITH THE NUMBER PLATE.
