Melanie and her husband are charlatans. We had paid them in full for my daughter's 21st birthday photos and videos. However, months later, we received the photos but they were blurred and some photos were missing. We never received the videos. She kept promising them with one story after another. In December, there was a system issue. January, there was a crisis. Melanie blocked me when I said I would go social media.
I placed an order for a soccer kit for my son in Feburary this year and I still have not recieved my order. I have tried reaching out to the WhatsApp number and vis email with no response. Another client also contacted me via a WhatsApp group Footballers SA has created and have recieved his order either. I managed to get a hold of someone today, a woman answered, she could barely speak English and claimed she has no idea who I am looking for and that I have the wrong number. I think we have been ****med.
Hired KC Maintenance to renovate my bathroom. All was going well, then he started the tiling(before completing the plastering, electricals and plumbing) and damaged our porcelain tiles due to poor workmanship. We ended up having to hire another service provider to fix up the mess and complete the rest of the bathroom. KC Maintenance displayed no integrity, lack of transparency, poor workmanship, unprofessionalism and utter disregard for us as clients.
I am a 2nd year student and cannot wait to complete my studies with them. The pathetic service delivery, poor excuses from the staff, I don't know how MANCOSA continues to operate. They charge a premium to study through them as compared to Unisa, one would think service delivery would be topnotch, no ways! Seems hese people have been on an extended December holiday, I could not get a hold of them for 1 1/2 months. No response to my emails, telephone calls, student app, nada! My studies have been delayed and I have a full time job and family. They can't care less about their students!
Still waiting for a refund from MTN since January. I queried them several times, got thrown from pillar to post continuously. The fact that customers have to put up with this pathetic service delivery is disturbing.
Purchased a packet of 'washed salad' pack from Woolworth Jean Crossing in Centurion and found a small snail in it. Thankfully I wash all my salad packs otherwise my kids or I would have ended up in hospital with food poisoning.
I wanted to exchange some clothing which I received as gifts for my baby shower. The tags were still on them but because I did not have a gift receipt, Edgars refused to exchange them. They exchanged goods in the past so what has suddenly changed?<br> Why did they not ask the customer purchasing the product if they required a gift receipt, its not the customers responsibility to ask for one if Edgars have decided to suddenly change their policy.<br> I am now sitting with brand new clothing which I will never fit my baby. Very disappointed!
I recently bought a moisturiser from Placecol and found the packaging to be of very poor quality.<br> My bottle keeps tipping over because its so impractical and the entire top part of the dispenser cracked and broke after tipping over just once. <br> One pays an arm and a leg for Placecol products, and not only have they reduced the amount of product in their packaging but its of such inferior quality too. I've been using Placecol products for years but now extremely disappointed in them.
Went into Baby City on the 20th July 2015 to have a look at their camp cots. They had a Graco on special but did not have stock, except the display model which was missing a small part and was dirty. We ask the salesman assisting us if he could check if they had stock of it at one of the other Baby City branches. He said he would call them and advised us that Centurion had 1 and Woodmead had 2 display models, so we decided to go to the Centurion branch. Being 8 months heavily pregnant and extremely exhausted, I took a drive to the Centurion branch in peak hour traffic only to get there and find out that they did not have stock and was sold out on that model months ago!! He had not contacted Centurion, he lied to us!! Woodmead had only 1 cot which was in such a bad condition it couldn't be sold.<br> Is this the kind of service we as customers are expected to accept?!<br> Is Baby City going to reimburse me for my petrol and time to Centurion and back, due to the incompetency of their staff members?!! <br>
