KC Maintenance and Keegen Cornelius Disaster
KC Maintenance in not even worth 1 Star Review!!!! I hired Keegan Cornelius to convert our outside shed into a small studio He made many promises which were unkept Keegan has absconded from the Job not completing it and leaving a huge mess behind. He has left Live electrical wires open which is a danger to all of us including our pets. The ceiling beams are incorrectly done and a Danger to us to as is the roofing The flooring is uneven, and walls all have chips in it. and not completed properly He has not put the door in and the windows he put in were 2nd hand and broken while charging me extra for them he charged extra for carpets which are not in but they all marked and disgusting. The whole site is a danger zone and a mess. He left all the rubble behind which I had to pay extra to someone else to remove. His guys urinated against our outside walls and throgh left over food in the garden causing mice. I am distressed and shock at the competance and workmenship of Keegen and the staff. I now have to pay extra for someone else to complete and fix his mess. I will fight to get my money back as I dont bellieve I should pay for this disaster I would not recommend any to use Keegen or his company Stay away....Far Away

Poor workmanship and customer service
Hired KC Maintenance to renovate my bathroom. All was going well, then he started the tiling(before completing the plastering, electricals and plumbing) and damaged our porcelain tiles due to poor workmanship. We ended up having to hire another service provider to fix up the mess and complete the rest of the bathroom. KC Maintenance displayed no integrity, lack of transparency, poor workmanship, unprofessionalism and utter disregard for us as clients.
