I lost the email that i used to join Showmax, therefore i have not received an email to show me how to continue with my subscription through Dstv ...i went to the website, no option to amend my details, who is going to assist me.I called Multichoice, they couldnt assist me
I received a debicheck request for a company and didnt approve it after realizing that the company was not who i thought they were, I never accepted the Debicheck but it was approved nonetheless as i received an sms confirmation , immediately i disputed on my banking app, (when you click dispute... ABSA gets an email) , ABSA did nothing, now this company is debiting money from my account without my consent, i logged a complaint with the CEO line and was told to go to the branch as the debicheck will be refunded and suspended, i get to the branch and I'm told i was given wrong information by absa complaints line, and what irritates me is that the Disputes i sent on this debicheck are only getting attention now !! that i have logged a ceo line complaint, its only now im getting emails and sms that this debicheck is suspended, had they attended to this in August and advised me properly , i would not be in the mess i now find myself in ,its very upsetting to send a request to the bank and see that its only being attended to just because i made noise about it and because I have now suffered a loss, I don't feel protected as an absa customer , from the first time i received this debicheck i sent a dispute that i never approved this debicheck so why would they allow this company to take money from my account ? If i dispute a debicheck why allow it to debit again, twice in one month even ?
I still have not received my premium refund after lies that they are working on it, I am busy sending a complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman
I cancelled my policy on the 2nd of May and to this date i have not received my refund, after calling and makind contact with the Social media team only TODAY my refund is processed , this is unacceptable , I remember asking about getting a refund and it shocks me that it was only requested today, I want my refund now.
I'm very disgusted at the way i was treated by staff at Hamley's Sandton , i went to purchase a LOL doll for my daughter on saturday, i paid and on my way out , already on the escalators to the mall , a young man came running after me ,asking for an invoice, what puzzles me is that i have never seen staff at Hamleys asking for invoice from their customers , was this done to me because a black person is always a suspect ? Do they honestly think I would walk into Hamleys to ***** a lousy LOL doll, I'm very disappointed at the way they treated me , this not only shocked my daughter but it also brought eyes to me from other customers, im shocked to the core and will never ever purchase from them.
I came here because I'm struggling with the call Centre, every time i call to get assistance I'm on hold forever and then get transferred to extensions where no one answers, when I email i get no response, not sure how am i supposed to get the assistance I need ,
what a horrible experience I'm having with Tyme bank, all i wanted to do was just to open a saving account but its just been drama after drama and this has been going on for months, I wonder how their real clients must be feeling like....
I took out a contract with CellC , Home flexi bundle or something.... i was adviced that i can cancel it at anytime, now i want to cancel and im told my contract expires 2024, thats not what i was told when i took it and i want a full investigation into this .
I'm very very unhappy with Bonitas , on Friday I requested authorisation for a gynaecological procedure and was adviced there is a co payment of 1600 ....why on earth do we pay medical aid monthly and still be expected to pay co payments for procedures that i didn't choose to undergo , another thing earlier this year , I had to do a mammogram and it was deducted from my day to day benefits ,because I'm under 40... but that's not fair ...my GP had valid medical reasons to recommend me to have a mammogram so why am I being penalized for that , people under 40 still get breast cancer , my GP also would not have suggested an unnecessary check...please note am going to take this up with the council for medical schemes
I’m very very unhappy with the inefficiency and lack of customer service I’m receiving from FedEx. A parcel has been in their possession for a week or more and I constantly have to follow up with them and they failing to advice me what is the next step. Can I have this resolved today I cannot continue begging to assisted for something I paid for.
