Umable to jelp Pass the buck to Lancet when enquiry is made I paid this account TWICE now and still LADAU and lancet harrass us for R369.80 of a patien that passed away in november 2025 I provided the death certificate to Landau and lancet and still no one wanymts to help. Yes I am angry and rude because i have now tried sorting this out since January and no one sort it out. PATHETIC
I have paid lancet now 2 X on an account of a deceased patient They harass the family even the ex wife who has NOTHING to do with his estate. There is no will ..died intestate. NO MONEY BUT LANCET KEEPS CALLING FOR R369.80. I PAID IT TWICE OH AND COLLEEN IN THE ACCOUMTS SAY THEY ASKED THE PATIEN FOR PERMISSION. WHO BY THE WAY HAD SEVERE DEMETIA AND COULD NOT SPEAK. WHEN I ASKED HER HOW THE HELL (EMPHASIS ON THE WORD HELL) SHE SAI I SWORE AT HER. IF SHE RWALLY WANTS ME TO SWEAR AT HER I KMOW MUCH BETTER WORDS THAN HELL. THIS IS WHAT THEY PUSH YOU TO BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DO OR DO THEIR JOB AND HAS NO EMPATHY FOR PEOPLES LOSS..UNTIL THEY LOOSE SOMEONE!!!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC Oh and the accoumt was handed over ot Ladau who said they cannot help us and lancet said they camnot help us Ladau mist SoWHO OS WHO HERE NOW ...PASSING THE BUCK WHEN PAID UP CUSTOMERS LOOSE IT WHEN BEING ASKED AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR MONEY
I receive up to 8 smses a day for my departed father in law who has passed away. Emails remain unanswere I call the call centre Dominique say OH THATS THE WRONG EMAIL REALLYYYYY!!!!! i received a response from Bianca and she sait it was referred to the late estates NOTHING IS HAPPENING I AM BEING HARASSED FOR A DEAD OERSONS ACCOUNT WHICH INCIDENTLY WE OAID IN CAS AS HE HAD NO MEDICAL AID SO HOW CAN HE HAVE AN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT USELESS !!!!!!!!
HARASSMENT! i attempted to make an arrangement on my 1 MONTH instalment that was behind - with no luck. The call center staff is Rude, unhelpful, uninformed and just say PAY. but they HARASS you every day! two three times a day. NOW I MADE PAYMENT AND THEY STILL HARASS ME - WE WANT TO DISCUSS ISSUES - WHAT FLIPPEN ISSUES. ACCORDING TO ME MY ACCOUNT IS NOW UP TO DATE - I PAY IT MANUALLY. ITS NOT "CARE" AT MFC - IT IS DON'T CARE AT MFC - stop phoning me for DISCUSSING ISSUES. WHAT FREAKING ISSUES. AND IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO ME, EMAIL ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE HAD IT WITH NEDBANK AND MFC WHO IS THE MOST UNCARING FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IN SOUTH AFRICA. THEY ARE NOT THERE FOR THEIR CLIENTS, BUT THOSE WHO OWE THEM THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS (AND I TALK FROM EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I DO VAF COLLECTIONS) - THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. ME BEING HONEST - I AM BEING HARASSED AND TOLD IF YOU DON'T PAY BEFORE...... WHO ARE YOU TO THREATEN ME FOR A R5000 PAYMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU KEEP ON CALLING AND NOT EMAIL ME I WILL GO PUBLIC WITH THIS HARASSMENT AND GO TO THE PAPERS ON HOW NEDBANK IS ACTUALLY TREATING HONEST PEOPLE.
Harassment and rude personnel are the order of the day. Sent a letter via my attorney NO RESPONSE. i see on other posts they say the cannot share any info with 3rd parties but the got a hold of my daughter and had no issus sharing. Harrassing AFTER 6 at night when emails to complaints were sent they read it and still chose to ignore our request Call senter agent just say YOU MUST PAY. Rude unprofessional and unhelpful.
They implemented a "selfie-verification" and now they require client's to go to home affairs to update their ID's before the loan can be finalised. How ridiculous is that!
they phone me relentlessly about an amount of R900 and a letter of EARLY LEGAL STEPS but I have been sending emails to request information WITHOUT AS MUCH AS AN ANSWER. I CANNOT TAKE CALLS AT WORK. I NEED TO COMMUNICATE B EMAIL. MFC IS RIDICULOUS. THEY WANT TO SUE ME FOR 900 BUT PEOPLE DRIVE AROUND IN THEIR CARS FOR MORE THAN A YEAR WITHOUT MAKING PAYMENTS. GET YOUR FREAKING ACT TOGETHER. Worst absolute Worst - no client service - for a Global company I cannot believe that prospective clients are note given the attention they deserve.
Notwithstanding the beautiful luxury tent - which i can say is the only PLUS for this place, it was the worst experience i had. The owner does not attend to complaints of noise and well after 10 when our neighbours did not calm down, Derick just confirmed he will give us back our money. Needless to say, we arrived Friday, left at 08:45 Saturday - NEVER saw Derick after various promises that he is on his way. I did get my money back, but Derick did not even bother to come and see us himself. He left his receptionist to sort out the mess. further the advertising on the websites are not as it seems. as i said, the only thing that was nice was the tent and we could not even enjoy that because of other people and the lack of an owner's responsibility.
WORST SERVICE EVER. When we bought the vehicle a gentlemen named Jaco made an appointment with us for signature and taking possession of the vehicle for 09:30. He only arrived an hour and a half later. its now 3 weeks later and we still don't have our registration document and number plates. Radio silence and no response to messages within a reasonable time - only 3 days later if lucky. Excuses the whole time that it is going rough but i am sorry - its not an excuse.
