Second time Ive been trying to get a response out of Stratum. First time I called and emailed them for weeks but they just dont get back to you. Just send you automatic responses. They say it takes 10days to get back to you regarding a claim. Its been 11/12 days now. Still waiting to hear back from them. Sent emails….dont hear anything back. If you looking for a place where excellent client service matters…this is not your place.
Hi Momentum, Please tell me how do I get hold of your pre-authorisation department? Ive been trying for 2 days now. Been on hold for soooo long and it’s costing me a fortune in airtime without being able to get through to someone.
Discovery agents really need proper training. I spoke to two different agents and they each gave me a different story about the policy I am looking at to join. If I joined on the conditions the one gave me I would have been in serious trouble because they dont cover most of the stuff she said they cover and then I need to pay for it out of pocket even though its Discovery that has poor agents.
Been such a mission with Vox to get our fibre. They take so long and when they finally delivered our router it was faulty and now we waiting forever for someone to come out and fix/replace it.
Vodacom phoned me this morning to ask if its me trying to add an extra contract to my account. I said NO and asked them what can be done in terms of extra security to prevent this contract being added *******ly and they ASSURED me it WIL NOT happen. A few minutes later I get a sms notifying me of the new contract added on my account. HOW vodacom HOW???? This is the SECOND time *****ulent activities happens on my account. The best of all is they want me to spring through hoops and do things and go get an affidavit to prevent this from happening again so that they can flag my account, but I did all of that in the past and it still happened!!!! Makes you think that vodacom employees a bunch of people that does nice inside jobs. Never in my life will I use this ******* company again. I will also be making this *******ion from vodacom very public.
Vodacom is just ignoring all my emails regarding the ***** on my account and taking extra money out of my account each month and I cannot resolve the issue. I think its time going to all social media to tell my story and reporting vodacom.
Very very shocking service from Vodacom. Wish I could cancel my contract with them, will never use them again or advice them to anyone. Its been more than 2months that I have to deal with a ***** case and they cannot be bothered to do anything about it. Im sending endless emails and they dont even get back to me anymore…just ignoring me. In the meantime they still debiting my account for the ***** contract on my name. Going on to 3 months now…how can it take so long to sort out an ******* contract taken out on my name????? Anyone got advise on how to sort this out as Vodacom is of no use at all.
Ive reported ***** on my account ages ago. All that I get from Vodacom is that they still investigating. I dont know why they just cant remove this person from my account that took out a contract *******ly on my name and deal with them separately. In the meantime Im getting invoices for MASSIVE amounts and all that vodacom can tell me is: “So sorry about that but once this is finished you can claim the money back and we will see what we can do.” HOW DO I STOP THIS??????
Vodacom allowed a person to take out a contract on my name without my permission. They did not ask this person for an ID or anything. Ive been trying to remove this person from my account but all vodacom is telling me they need to investigate. In the meantime vodacom is just running debit orders and I need to pay and even got the cheek to tell me I must ask for a refund later and see if they will pay me back. How ridiculous is this?? Just remove the person from MY account. I did not give permission!!!! Which service provider would you guys recommend…Cell C or MNT?
I just need advise on one of their accounts. Ive been on the phone for over a hour just being transferred from the one consultant to the other one. Non of them was able to help me, non able to give me answers and just transferring me around. Shocking FNB!!!!!
